The pain was actually getting worse in some circumstances. Then I heard about Carly from Carlys pure pilates. I've been seeing her for 3 months now and the pain is completely gone. It's a true blessing to have finally found an instructor that knows what she's doing. She is a true godsend and for the first time in 10 years I finally feel human again. The studio is fantastic as well. She has four reformers and a Cadillac. I didn't even know what a Cadillac was before coming to her Studio. There is nothing better than yoga "on the beach" except when you're on the beach and under cover! That's the best! We had yoga on really sunny, hot days and rainy days. It was just perfect! Always under the roof. Off season, you'll find me taking classes at the Brielle Library. Patty is fabulous and encouraging whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi. Most of the women support each other and I look forward to seeing them each week. Being an Unlimited member, I can book up to 15 classes at a time and rarely miss out on a class due to a waitlist. In the summer, the population seems to swell and you're more likely to be waitlisted but I have been #8 and still gotten into class. Club Pilates has been transformative for me and I highly recommend it.
