She fit me in the same day and did an evaluation. She showed me pictures of my back and spine alignment and explained why my range of motion in my shoulder was limited. (It had been diagnosed as a frozen shoulder.) My alignment was clearly off and impacting my limbs. I did 8 sessions over a 4-6 week period. We worked with yoga straps and blocks and the ball and I learned exercises to help improve my posture. I feel better as a result than I've felt in 18 months and have a new awareness how my alignment affects the rest of my body.
