I've recently used their services for the first time even though I've been living int the neighborhood for many years now. Compared to other cleaners nearby, their store is very well lit and clean. They even have a drive-thru. Service was quick and courteous. I brought in a pair of dressed pants that I needed to hem. It was a bummer that they didn't have a changing room. Instead, I had to change in their bathroom that was in the back. They did a good job with the hem work though. When I came to pick up via the drive-thru, the lady could have hung the garnements in the back seat for me instead of shoving it down to me in the driver's seat. Overall, I think they could improve on making this place even more superior. I would come back because they are open late and that's convenient for me. read more

I have been coming to this cleaners for over 3 years. This service has been going down hill every time I come back. Today was the last day coming to this dry cleaners. I wear mainly Ralph Lauren Polo, which is not cheap. I had s pair of shorts only worn once and had them dry clean on yesterday. I pick them up with my other clothes and got home and noticed a stain on the leg. The stain wasn't their before I took them up there. This is not the first time. They are very gentle on my clothes and always go beyond the call of duty. For example, they tightened my buttons at no cost as I had to have one sowed on my vest. After 8 years of coming to this same dry cleaner, this new owner has ruined the business. His daughters work at the front desk and they are bratty and rude. Recently, I dropped of 20+ items (like I have done every other month for 8 years) and when I went to pick up my things almost HALF of my clothing was missing. The daughters were flippant and disrespectful, basically stating there's nothing they can do about it. I would not leave until they searched for my things. After 30 minutes and several calls to the owner (who screamed at me and told me to leave his store), one daughter walked over to a mop closet and took out my 'missing' clothes! I can only assume that my very nicely tailored, expensive clothes we're going to be soon worn by one of the daughters who is the same size as me. I was in tears by the time I left. I have done business with this Dry Cleaners for many years. The employees are friendly even when the Owner was not. That is why I have continued to do business with them. ****** The Ownership changed in the last six months. I have a blouse that was brought in for dry cleaning. There were no stains or damage to the black blouse when dropped off. When I picked up the dry cleaning there was no notice of damage as had been done with items in the past. I did not open the dry cleaning for a couple of days and when I pulled the blouse out it had several orange red spots on front and back of blouse. I returned it to the cleaners and Kathy the manager said she would give to the owner. When I returned to pick up other items I had left for cleaning I was told that there was a damage tag on the inside and I must not have seen it. She stated that the owner said the item came in damaged. On April 7, 2016 Owner called me stating that the garment came in damaged. He stated that he was the one who tagged the item and thought it was a butterfly design on the blouse. If that is the case why was it marked damaged? His story doesn't add up. I will no longer do business with Superior Dry Cleaners since they do not take responsibility for damage they cause to garments. This is the first time I have made a complaint about a damaged clothing item. read more

BEWARE MANAGEMENT CHANGED!!! I dropped off my clothes Saturday and was told it would be ready for pickup on Tuesday after 6PM. I went there Tuesday and the rude guy tells me, they wont be there today, come back tomorrow. I came back wednesday around 5:30 and he said they were still not there, so come back at 7PM. I got back for the 3rd time and the van just pulled in there. I had to wait 45 min for him to unload the van himself and they dont turn on the AC. Its 100 something degrees outside, they rely on fan and keeping the door open! There was a line of people waiting for their clothes so he told all of us to go to the back and find our clothes. They messed up with lots of peoples ticket numbers so we had to individually look at clothes to figure out which one was ours. Thankfully, I found my clothes but others had clothes missing. By this time, it was after 8PM and when he was ringing me up, he told me it would costs $34, however, when i dropped my clothes off, the other girl wrote on my paper it was $18! He was trying to over charge me. First of all, i had to make 3 trips there, had to wait over an hour in no AC room, had to look for my own clothes and they were so rude and unprofessional and on top of that he overcharged me. When I told him I was only going to give him $20 and take my clothes, he THREATENED me he would call the cops on me. He is so lucky, I was in a rush, or else i would have called the cops on him. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, WILL LOOSE YOUR ITEMS and WILL NOT GET YOU THE STUFF ON TIME!! AVOID THIS PLACE !!! read more

I've done business w/ "Superior" just about since they first opened and have continued to do so even though I've moved and it is no longer convenient. Over the past several months, Superior's (non) service has been getting sloppier and sloppier; wrinkled dress shirt collars, shirts getting returned w/ easily removable stains w/ a pre-wash and or soak, (but if I were to do THAT why would I use a laundry at all?) and damaged clothing returned with a note that said "Damaged BEFORE laundering" (but WHY then did they launder without contacting me first like the other laundries have done in the past???). I've complained several times to no avail by phone messages and email-with no response. The presumed owner's husband finally responded today when I sent a copy of my BBB complaint-with an email that said any more complaints on my part would be considered "harrassment" and he would take "appropriate action"!!!! WHAT genius on his part! THIS is the gratitude one can expect to receive for going out of one's way to do business with a new, fledgling Christian, minority owned business. DO NOT GO HERE.. unless you want to possibly risk never seeing your clothes again! This WAS my go-to dry cleaners. It was located very close to my house and was very convenient for me. I went to these dry cleaners religiously and spent hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars there because they dry cleaned my clothes nicely. However, as of November 2012, I have not even given them one item to dry clean for me and neither have any of my family or friends. In November 2012, I ended up with someone else's shirt and my pants (from BANANA REPUBLIC which valued about $75 and that I wore to work every week) were missing. I went back to the store and returned the shirt that belonged to someone else, and I was told that they would try to find my shirt. Well, the customer service I received after that point was the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. Every time I would go into the store to check on the status of my pants, they would give me the run around. One day, they would tell me they are still researching the issue and the next day they would tell me that they are waiting on their insurance company to respond about my claim. In addition, they constantly told me that they would call me and follow up regarding my missing pants---which they NEVER did! Finally, after several attempts of trying to get my pants back, in March 2013, I went into the store and asked them the status and the owner told me that there was nothing she can do for me and that they are going to stick to the store policy which is to check your items before you leave. I will admit that when I go to a new place, I make sure that each and every one of my items that I dropped off is there (and cleaned properly for that matter), but I had started to trust this dry cleaners b/c I had been going to them for over a year. So, I will admit that it was my mistake that I didn't check all twelve of the items that I had gotten back on the day in November when I went to pick up my last batch of dry cleaning from this company. I am understanding of the fact that sometimes mistakes can happen. BUT OWN UP TO THEM!!! This company did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me after they lost my pants. I didn't receive a credit to the dry cleaners nor did I receive anything in place of the pants. No compensation.. no NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN will I go to this company. And, I had a lot of friends who used to dry clean their clothes here, but will never go back again after this incident. After all, nobody wants to give their expensive clothes to a dry cleaners who loses their stuff. If there were an option for 0 stars, that's what I'd choose. I have been going here for a while, since their location is convenient and service WAS reliable. I brought in a $400 dress that I'd only worn once. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that the black dye had bled onto the white stripes on the dress. I was further instructed that it was MY FAULT for not telling them that the dress was new. Furthermore, they explained that they were not liable for such damage, but would try cleaning it over the next couple days. 3 days later I attempted once again to pick up the dress, but this time was told that the orange was now bleeding onto the white. Frustrated, I asked when the dress would be ready. I was told to come back later that day around closing. As instructed, I arrived half an hour before closing. This guy tells me that he cannot find my order in the system and that he does not have my dress. I'm seriously angry at this point, but I wait out the weekend and return on Monday. Now, I have a ruined dress with no explanation or even an apology from anyone. I'm told if I want to speak to a manager, I need to show up in the morning when they open.
