He prioritized visiting us, especially after hearing how fearful I was that our partly collapsed chimney might threaten the structural integrity of the house. The limited inspection was an affordable alternative that didn't take very much time, provided some reassurances, and provided a good starting point for later measures. He even popped his head into the attic space, which is something I don't think any inspector has done since. Despite the fact that this was a limited inspection, Jim takes his responsibility so seriously that when I had some follow-up questions a couple months later, he came out again to review the items I'd asked about, gave me some additional information to clarify his notes, and then refused to take any additional payment for doing so.
