Armando was the lead builder at our home on 17 Mile Drive in Del Monte Forest/Pebble in 2004 - he…read moreinstalled the flooring, stone inlay and tilework in all the rooms and bathrooms, walls, brick driveway - outstanding, meticulous craftsmanship that will outlive all of us. 11 years later, I called upon Armando after having consulted 4 other roofers in the area to fix a roof leak. I was deflated and feeling skeptical it could be fixed, but he solved it! I look back and think it's a miracle and a testament to Armando's 1. critical problem solving skills and 2. skill and experience, 3. work ethic, and 4. love of his job. 3 roofers couldn't figure the issue out at all including the original roofer, and the 4th roofer I suspect did not want to do the work. The end product of the repair is beautiful and flawless and of the highest quality - he took great effort to match the exact paint/stucco color in the repair (yet another testament to him wanting to do the repair RIGHT, once and for all). We feel indebted to Armando and now will use him for any future repairs to our house. With his more than reasonable rates, I think he by far blows the competition in the Monterey/Carmel/Pebble area out of the water.

Sergio did an great job on leak coming from a second-story dormer/vent…read more He had to tear off siding that had worn out, replaced the underlayment paper with a thicker paper than what was there and even reenforced the seal around the window before he installed new trim and siding. Then, he not only painted the siding but also touched up the whole area with fresh paint. This job had his name on it so he took the extra step. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was able to start the job soon after he gave the quote and was done sooner than expected. He also worked clean and kept me advised throughout the process. I am very happy with the quality of work and the added value he provided and will definitely call on him again.
