We were shopping for a full size mattress for our granddaughter and Said did a wonderful job of assisting us. She was able to crawl on and lay on a bunch of various mattresses and she liked them all! Especially the adjustable base model that is out of our budget. But we settled on a 10" foam mattress. Said mentioned that this was the last one in stock. We decided to buy it and then also purchased a bunkie board (instead of a box spring). We had room in our vehicle for the mattress because it came compressed in a box. The bunkie board was scheduled for FREE delivery the following afternoon. They call it Red Carpet delivery service and it truly was spectacular! Lots of great communication every step of the way. I received a text and a phone call letting me know when the two hour delivery window would be. Then the same 2 layer communication right before the two hour window saying they were on their way.
