We recently hired Isaac's for ~$27K worth of work involving a new furnace, new water heating system…read moreand new water lines. The project was scheduled shortly after the agreement was made. The old equipment was removed. There was a small leak resulting from the pressure relief. During the project scope, it was overlooked that the pressure difference of the incoming water needed to be controlled. This resulted is a couple of service calls and the cost of an additional valve. Some of this cost was covered by the service plan. There was some difficulty in getting one of the service calls within the agreed 24 hrs but, in the end, Isaac's honored that agreement. Since then there have been no issues. I appreciated the friendliness and expertise of everyone who worked on the equipment. This all occurred while dealing with two deaths in our family making the situation complicated but I didn't have to worry about the work. I would use Isaac's for future work.

The last three calls I had with this company, I asked them to remove the prior contact information…read morethey had from the account as I bought the house from a family member. I provided all my contact information and they still included the former owner on appointment reminders. In the fall when they service my furnace they never recorded the service date on the furnace, they did not reseal the hole they used to check for carbon monoxide in the duct work, and they did not properly latch the furnace cover. The quality and value of their work is poor. This month, to make an appointment to have my A/C unit serviced they would only give a 5 hour window (12:00-5:00pm) and then they called the day before (I was at work) to try and come out. This morning, two hours before my scheduled 5-hour window, they called and said they were on their way. I called the office around 10:20am and voiced concern as I was doing other things and wasn't planning on them being here. The representative confirmed the technician was on their way, so I waited at home, and they never showed up. I called the office at 12:48pm and another representative answered and said if the technician didn't get an answer when they called this morning, they moved on. However, the technician left a message that he was on his way to my house and the first representative confirmed that he in fact was on his way. The second representative apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, I want them to come today as scheduled, but I will no longer use this business. They also did t vacuum put dryer vent as scheduled. Their quality has continued to decline since the original owners sold the business. I'll be using a local and reputable family owned business from this point forward.

Hired Tom to install a mini split at a seasonal lake cottage. He was scheduled to arrive at 9am,…read moreand showed up around 1130. After spending most of the day working on the install, he told me he'd have to come back to finish. The next day he said he couldn't come because his helper called out. I told him I needed it done and that I'd help him. So he came to finish. Unfortunately and to no fault of his - the unit did not work properly. During the install, he disconnected an outdoor light and outlet. I paid him in full and started the warranty process with the manufacturer. He told me the light and outlet had been restored. After he left, I realized they did not work. (They worked fine before he started). I ended up having to buy a new mini split unit with the hope of returning the old one. I asked him to come back when he could to install the new one. I live 6 hours from the cottage and couldn't get there until two days after he was scheduled to come. He let me know he was done and assured me the light and outlet had been restored to original condition. I reluctantly paid him, as he demanded I pay him prior to me seeing and approving the work. I arrived two days later to see the new unit was installed quite unprofessionally with exposed wires and not very "clean". He also left the old unit sitting outside to be snowed on. The light and outlet still didn't work. And I realized he has thrown away paperwork and the remote for the unit I was hoping to return. He also stole the copper tubing that went with it. And charged me $100 more than the original install, which I didn't argue with even though there should have been less work for the second unit. So I now have a unit I can't return since it's missing parts and a light and outlet that don't work and his response was about as unprofessional as they come. This guy is an amateur pretending to be an HVAC professional. Read other recent reviews from actual clients of his - he's dishonest and does not complete work as agreed upon.

It is hard to gauge the size from out front, but inside is huge. There is so much to see. From lamps to hanging light fixtures for every area of your house including outside. The prices are great and the staff is super helpful. Don't see what youre looking for? Anything you can imagine they will make for you. On this particular day the gentleman working the counter was one of the owners. We got to talking with him and he was nice enough to give us a tour of the factory, which is also onsite. We were amazed to find out they make most of the lighting fixtures for Chik Fil A and Panera, as well as Bass Pro or Cabelas. It was really cool to see all the local people hand making all these items from painting, to welding, and dont forget the electrical wiring! Taking this behind the scenes tour just made us love the brand even more. So many amazing things to see they had in the works. So much attention to detail. I got some ideas and needed to come home and measure current fixtures to see what I will need. I cant wait to do a bunch more business with this amazing local company in the future!
