Last week on Monday, I had the pleasure of working with their Service Manager, who just went above and beyond, as did the rest of his team. He ensured everything I needed was taken care of, communicated everything upfront, saved me probably $1500 or more by not taking my car to the dealership, and even called me a driver to take me home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. Excellent customer service, above and beyond! As I mentioned, they always do a great job, but this was truly exceptional. Thank you for being a "one-stop shop" for us and just right down the street. When he brought it to the manager's attention, he was told they were not responsible for any damage. After the conversation, both of our memberships were deactivated. Today I found out that even though our memberships were deactivated, we were still being charged $71.96 a month.
