Instead, I was told my membership had been canceled and completely removed from the system, and that the discounted rate I had previously been offered could no longer be honored. After leaving, I tried calling to cancel my membership. I called over 30 times between yesterday and today. My calls either rang several times before going to voicemail or went straight to voicemail. I also left a voicemail and never received a response. For a business that relies on memberships, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I've also had an employee knock on my window during a previous visit asking me to leave a review, which is one reason I wrote my original positive review. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the complete opposite of the service I expected. I cannot recommend a business that is this difficult to contact or cancel service with.

I think the cheapest outside wash was like 8$ all the way to close to 20$. I asked if they dried the car afterwards and they do not- which usually I don't like- so I got the cheapest outside wash. However they do provide towels when you are vacuuming your car- so I really liked this better because even though I dried my car myself, I did it the way I wanted to and it looked nice and shiny at the end. The staff seemed really nice and on top of cleaning and picking up after people. The vacuums were good quality and you get one on each side of your vehicle and you don't really share them with the car next door like most places do. They have a lot of spots to vacuum so it doesn't feel crowded either. I think they may do inside cleaning as well but I honestly didn't ask about prices. Definitely I will be back to this car wash. Affordable, new, clean, quality machines, good service and its kind of near my home. Check it out!

The attention to detail really stood out--every corner, every surface, even the little spots I usually ignore were spotless. My car honestly looked (and smelled) like it had just come off the lot. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush through it. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. If you're on the fence about where to go, this is the spot. The staff is mostly friendly and courteous. My complaint is that the wash rollers are not always consistently working. The last wash roller on my last trip didn't come down at all. Some are missing areas of material and sadly, my driver side headlamp got scratched up twice. I understand that there are some risks of damages like this when going through automatic washers, so unfortunately I had to take that punch. Other than that, I was pleased with the tire detail service they provide with my package. Caution - if you have a nice vehicle, understand the risks of damages you may encounter through these automatic car washes. They are convenient but can come with a price you're not happy with!
