You recognized that I was ordering a sandwich for my kids that they were going to share and one was making some...interesting choices the other wanted just pain meat & cheese. You perfectly and professionally guided the other employee while kindly wrapping my kids sandwichs separate. This is such a small thing that for a traveling stressed mom was incredibly helpful. Bathrooms were clean and the lines to the registers were quick-- they had plenty of people working that day. Their coffee maches brew very tasty coffee for less than $3. I'd stop here for gas again. read more

My husband and I always stop at this pilot gas station because the restrooms are clean. We have been going there for several years going to visit family. This past week my husband went for a funeral of a family member. He stopped there on Tuesday, and Thursday to fill up the rental car. Tuesday gas was $31. Thursdays gas $226! We have called our bank and are going to dispute the charges. Make sure you get a receipt. They are running some kind of a scam now. Be careful when you pump. read more

Had the same problem as another reviewer with a $226 charge. That amount in addition to the actual gas and mdse purchase from inside the store. Have disputed with the credit card company. It also triggered another $226 charge several days later at another gas station a couple of states away that was caught by the credit card fraud department. Beware! read more

I always stop here on my way to and from California. We call it the Vicksburg gas station. You can't miss it because of the giant American flag nearby. They have the cheapest gas, cheaper than Phoenix. Today it was $2.83, in Phoenix it's well over $3 now at Costco. They have plenty of clean restrooms. Lots of self checkout stands and some fast food if you need it. Usually a very fast in out and back in the road. Lots of big rig trucks so sometimes it can get a little extra busy. read more

Bathroom and wifi stop, this Pilot is just off the Interstate and super easy to access. The other side is all trucks, so the entrances are easy to negotiate for bigger vehicles with nice wide turns. Good lighting at night, too. Inside, reasonably clean restrooms. A dozen coolers with water, juices, energy drinks and beer. Tons of snacks of all types. Fresh ground-to-order coffee. I WAS a member of Pilot Flying J for a few years, but cut my card up and will tell everyone how horrid this place is! Stopped on Saturday, May 10, 2025, needed gas. Went inside to pay, presented our membership card, was SHOCKED WHEN TOLD 'We don't accept membership cards from out of state!' No reason given, just We don't accept out of state cards! I thought Out of State was one of the reasons I got the card, TRAVEL! Well, if this is the New Normal, you can keep the membership!! A euphoric experience to put it lightly. Upon arrival we were greeted with the smiles of the staff and with a swift look to the left I see the greatest thing one could see, in the highest resolution: barebell protein bars. Not only did they have all the staple flavors including creamy crisp and cookie dough, but the newest additions as well. After getting carried away in the protein bar section I waltzed to the drink station to grab my big gulp to make eye contact with Diet Coke on tap and it's second cousin diet dr. Pepper as well. While checking out I had a lighthearted brief banter with an employee which literally forced my body into an immediate happy dance. Anyways I felt god in this pilot today. I mentioned before in another gas station review that I would leave a review for the Pilot gas station off exit 45 in Salome AZ. I used to go to Loves off exit 17, until I found this Pilot gas station off exit 45, in Salome AZ. This Pilot gas station has many souvenirs to choose from, clean restrooms, beer, many many drinks, snacks to choose from. They have a deli area chicken wings, burritos, corn dogs, pizza & a Subway. They have 4 showers for truckers or anyone in need of a shower, friendly staff & great service. The place is pretty big, and plenty of gas pumps for cars, and they also have 3 RV fuel pumps. They have 8 trucker pumps in back with diesel & Def plus rear parking or trucker parking across the street dirt parking. They have at least 5 toilet stalls including 1 unisex private restroom. There are no laundry services for truckers, but like I mentioned they do have showers & fresh coffee. If you find yourself driving through or near Salome AZ, stop in and check it out make a pit stop grab a snack fuel up and keep on driving or trucking. If you are traveling with a pet or pets they do have a dog area along with benches under trees to sit and stretch out. read more

Grossest women's restroom. The stall trashcans are overflowing with used women's products spilling over on the floor, two stalls are out of order. It's 8 in the morning and for the bathroom to be in this condition is so gross especially when they serve food out of this property. Will not stop here again. read more

I am here to review the bathrooms! As far as gas station bathrooms go, these are really nice. There were maybe 10 stalls in the Womens bathroom plus a separate family bathroom. They were very clean. The gas station itself seemed to have a large selection. read more

Glad to see a separate bay fill area for RVs but this is yet another Pilot Station that has an area for RV's to fill yet don't provide the long handled window washing poles. The people at front said I had to walk back to the truck fill station and steal one from there and return. This is one of many pilots that have disappointed us with lack of RV poles yet a RV fill area. It's a simple thing! read more
