Pit stop on a 10+ hour drive from Annapolis, Maryland, to Louisville, Kentucky. Gassed up, used the restroom facilities, snagged some provisions and we were off and driving. All of the travelers in our group were pleased. Facilities were well maintained. Plenty of snacks and drinks available. Gas pump area had a windshield washer brush and squeegee, which came in handy. Pay at the pump was convenient. Plenty of traffic with safe access into and out of parking lot. read more

The bathrooms were really clean, tons of great selections from ground to brew organic coffee to natural spring water to unsweetened tea... These are things that are often hard to find when I'm traveling which I'm doing about 200 days a year! The service was really friendly and as you can see in the photos they really taking care to make this way more than "just a truckstop". LOVE THE PRETTY FLOWERS! and let's be honest the views are pretty nice too! I'm definitely saving this pilot truckstop in my Google maps for my next cross country trip. read more

Very typical travel station. Arby's connected to a semi-large convenience store that also sells Cinnabon rolls though mine was stale. It's very clean and when it's super busy from bus patrons they move through the lines quickly. read more

This use to be a nice center when it opened. It seems as if this place is going down hill. I couldn't receive help with a diesel pump, and the powder for the hot chocolate wasn't filled. Team members had enough time to stand around and talk though. I made sure to thank them on my way out. I'll start doing business across the street. read more

This reminds me of the modern rest stops on the turnpike. The ones where they have actual amenities from fuel to food. In fact this one has multiple choices for food. There is an Arby's attached and a Cinnabon. You can also pick up snacks from the convenience section and the selection of drinks are fairly decent. With this being a travel center it is almost constantly busy. Gas prices are cheaper here than at the other stations up the road. read more

24 Hour Arby's as the only "real" food here? I don't care. Potentially messed up bathrooms? I don't care. No trucker rebates? I don't care. What I do care about is that their gas price was consistently a few cents cheaper than the Valero and Sunoco right down the road plus a good dime less than most of the stations in the Frostburg area which made this Pilot a no brainer to stop at twice during our week in the area. read more

The Megabus stops here on the Pittsburgh to DC route. It was a welcome stop to be able to get food, snacks, etc along with having clean bathrooms. There is a full Arby's restaurant with a separate dining area and a large convenience store with everything from souvenirs to small electronics and, of course, snacks of every imaginable type. The only down side is that there are not a lot of bathroom stalls. When there isn't a bus stopped it probably isn't an issue, but while we were there, the line was quite long because of two that were using the stop at the same time. read more

Now that I am a resident of DC, there is a good chance of many trips to Pittsburgh via the Megabus. While I did make this trip once before, I do not remember this Pilot being so much better than the Pit-NYC Pilot. I like this one significantly better. While this Pilot has the same struggle of only four stalls in the women's bathroom, the food selection is so much better. The fast food option at this Pilot is an Arby's, which I love! If you are looking for more self-serve fast food, there are also the typical hot dogs, taquitos, chips, candy, etc. like every other Pilot. This is also one of the Pilot's with a Cinnabon stand so you can get jumbo cinnamon rolls! If you are not a bus rider, there are probably 24 pumps here, and it was cheaper than the two other gas stations at this exit. read more

Pilot travel centers are what I picture purgatory as being... not quite hell, but pretty f'n far from heaven. Don't expect any real food here, but no shortage of prepackaged junk everywhere. I'd just like a piece of fruit? Yes? No. Not going to happen, at least not when I was there (or when I stop in any pilot gas stations all over the US). read more

We stopped here twice (on the way to DC and back) via Megabus. It pretty much has everything that you need: hot food, convenience store, bathrooms, and a nice overlook view (I think so anyway). You will most likely wait a long time for food and bathrooms if it's busy. The bathrooms definitely could have been cleaner and more would've helped. Past the bathrooms is a rest area with chairs and televisions which I had never really seen before at a travel station. On our way back to Pittsburgh, there were two Megabuses at the same time therefore it was very busy as you can imagine. If you walk over to the one side, there's a nice view of the fields below. I found it nice to take in the view before heading back to the bus. read more

This Pilot is really nice. I visit this one regularly but I travel on the megabus to DC. My favorite bit about this ga station is the hot dogs! They are huge tasty and cheap! 2 for $3. Try adding cheese on one of them and ketchup and mustard with onions on the other. I call it the Alan special. Don't ask for it though they don't know who I am. Staff are very friendly and the toilets and showers are super clean! Gas is also very cheap one of the she's pest on I-68 read more

Continent has station right off the exit. It is big and clean. Well lit pumps and good gas prices. I would get gas here before entering Pennsylvania. I give it three starts because the do not carry unleaded 89. My car requires 89 or higher and I did not want to pay the extra to fill up on 93. read more

This place just ruined my day with their incompetence. My husband stopped to get diesel and then we went inside to use the bathrooms. The women's restroom was closed, but I figured they'd have a shower open for females to use while the restroom is being cleaned. At least that's how every other Pilot is. No such luck whatsoever. Not to mention there was two females working the registers, why couldn't one of them been cleaning the bathroom? Seems pretty inefficient to me. read more

Coffee, chips & bottled water, oh my! This gas stop's got it all, including the much needed clean bathroom stalls and electronics section (for the elusive cell phone car charger that went missing in the luggage). I've been here too many times to count, since the in-laws live in the vicinity and we always fill-up on gas here (it's the cheapest in the area). If you have those fast food cravings, there's an arby's in-house. You may ask why the 4-star rating for a gas station; but when you're in the middle of rural wesern maryland and dying too pee or get gas, a travel center w/ the pilot sign from a distance is a welcomed sight. plus, any gas place that has bathrooms stocked w/ TP and not plastered allover w/ graffiti, is great by me! read more

One of the cheapest places for gas in the surrounding area. The prices are always the lowest here compared to Cumberland & Morgantown. This place also has decent bathrooms, lots of options for food & drink. I am with Liz Z. as this is my go-to-place because of in-laws in the community. I almost stop here every time I am in town. I am not a fan of the Arbys that is here since my roast beef with cheese was missing the cheese. My wife felt sick after eating their fried but it is Arbys and I haven't like my experience there for a few years. read more

Having a $151 charge on my Visa just for putting it into one of your non-functional gas pumps! That is extreme! There are other gas stations at your location; I will be using one them in the future. read more
