Four Stars for free air Corner Store Convenience…read moreAll the Locals Know This little gas station/ corner store at times closes so don't plan on coming here 24/7, but it is convenient, has free air, and a variety of stuff to buy. The place seems to be a local hang out as I still remember the first time I came to Grantsville, two dudes with only half of their teeth were just hanging out here when I pulled up. After 2.5 hours on the road, in an unfamiliar town, stressed and exhausted, I pulled into the first place I saw -- Good To Go -- hoping the air pump could get me back on track. The pump wasn't working for me, and my panic was setting in when a kind stranger came out, checked my tire, and let me know it was completely shot -- and another wasn't far behind. He told me I could leave my car there until I figured things out. That alone was a relief. But the true blessing came minutes later when Rick, the owner, approached. At first, I worried he might tell me I couldn't leave my car there. Instead, he radiated genuine concern and immediately guided me to a safe spot to park. Then he told me something I'll never forget: he lives on the property and would personally check on my car throughout the night. The weight of my stress lifted instantly. As a broke college student without AAA, I had been dreading the cost of a tow back home. Rick didn't just reassure me -- he offered to personally put on new tires if I could get them. That act of kindness saved me from hundreds of dollars and hours of added stress. It's rare to meet people in this world who will go above and beyond for a complete stranger, but Rick is one of those people. I truly believe God put me at that gas station for a reason. This review might not be about the coffee or snacks (which I'm sure are great), but if you ever find yourself passing through Friendsville, stop at Good To Go. I've stopped here over the years more times than I can count…read more Whether on days I was traveling back and forth to Baltimore or DC for work or going to Deep Creek to enjoy the lake in the summer or Wisp in the winter or Ohiopyle anytime of the year. It's a great gas stations and it's easy on and off Interstate 68. They have just about anything you could want or need here from pizza, to chips, to lottery tickets, to liquor, to knick knacks, to souvenirs, to cheese sticks... you get my point. It's a great place to stop and get gas plus also grab a snack and drink. The people who work here are always nothing but friendly and helpful. Make sure to take a pic with Bigfoot ;) Safe travels :)

Week went by and took it in on Monday 11/6/23 and my brother was told 400 everything included in front of his workers..maybe for except for taxes. bring it back Tuesday 11/7/23 Took it in Tues Morning and Chris was out all morning. I wanted to talk with him before repair. I got a call from chris saying the car was repaired and it was $472 far from 400 + taxes maybe 422.00 so where did an extra $50 come from???? I think it's very inappropiate and extremely unprefessional to quote someone and say it's all included and then find out from the bill it was an additional $50. If you have been in business for years one should know what it's going to be charged or within $20. I ask a lady there to have Chris call me to talk about the bill...I never got a call back. It shows how unimportant customers become once he has your money. I think this was very bad business like and I just hope his work is as good as what he charged. Relationships are built on HONESTY !! NOT changing your mind when creating the bill. Thinking about getting it inspected by a "Certified" mechanic. i live in manassas va , my wife was traveling alone she had a flat tire ,i called them to ask them…read moreif they had any used tires , very nice young lady answer the phone and took down my information so she could call me bqck to see if they had that tire available , 15 minutes passed and called me back to let me know they had my size , i sent my wife with my kids there , as soon as she got there was very helpful & great tire , and it took no longer than 20 minutes to get them safely back on the road ! my wife did not have to ask the mechanic to put her spare back where it was , he did it right after replacing the tire ...... i would recommend this place to anyone in need of help sometimes small businesses are the best may god bless them

That is the best way to describe it, rough. It is a small station, offering Liberty fuel. The pricing is what you would expect for the area. The pumps are dated and probably should be replaced, but who am I to say. The oddest thing about this place is that I felt like I was being watched the whole time while I was here. This place feels like a gathering spot. There were multiple people just parked on the outskirts of the parking lot. As soon as I moved my car, one of the people that were parked there hurried up to the spot. It was just odd. I didn't dare venture inside, partly because of the bad vibe I was feeling outside. And partly because I was on a tight schedule and needed to get back.

They "dry stored" my boat for two years. When I got it back it was destroyed. There was damage to…read morethe hull, the interior cabin was full of black mold and the appliances rusted. The upholstery was torn in two places and there was 3" of water in the cabin area submerging all the carpeting. There was signs of insect infestation and dead insects covered the interior. They are refusing to take any action to remedy the situation. The last time I phoned them the owner hung up on me and now they will not take my calls.
