Clean, clean, clean! Look, I realize it's silly to put up a review for a gas station/travel stop, however during my road trip in July, this was by far the CLEANEST station we stopped at. I believe it's a newer Pilot, and even so, the outside was clean with no trash strewn around. The inside was also tidy, everything is naturally priced higher than normal, but it had lots of high carb/sugary items and snacks to purchase. The bathroom, was CLEAN. Thank you! Clean as in you are not afraid to enter, with ample supplies. If you are on the road you encounter a ton of dirt and grime, but at least you can stop here for a break. read more

Not much hot food selection while fueling up here. Ended up trying these what looked like taquitos, but nothing close to authentic Mexican food. It filled my empty stomach while on the road, but I'd prefer more protein for breakfast. RV lanes are available here and quite easy to maneuver in and out. The workers are friendly and their restroom was kept tidy. Great place to make a quick stop. read more

It's a pilot "lite" with 3 islands & a subway. Prices are lower than surrounding stations and service is pretty quick. The restroom facilities are adequate, but below normal for a pilot. During the COVID event, customers are hit and miss on masks, there are social distancing on the floor Definitely the place to get gas, just wish they had an "Icee" machine !!! read more

This location is small but adequate, except for the management, specifically "Tila". We attempted to discuss issues with laundry machines multiple times in a single visit. Laundry machines only work with quarters but will swipe $2.50+ off any card and not run. She is fully aware and says it is not her problem. The machines are also not registered with the service company so there are no refunds. Someone is getting those funds and leaves the patron with no recourse. There was no attempt by Tila to resolve the issues or remedy the loss of funds, instead we were bombarded with her attitude and arrogance. She was life concerned with taking her mask down, drinking her ice coffee and checking her phone. read more

Absolutely pissed off. Went to fill my jeep and it came to a total of $68 and was charged $150 hold on my card. I didn't have that much and only had $135. Also my bank charged a over draft fee. Was not told they hold a charge of that amount and there was no sign anywhere. Also called corporate and they said it's not there responsibility to tell you that and they say there is a sign there but I saw no sign anywhere. Never will get gas here again. read more

Gayle and I were driving from Crater Lake towards the California border today and figured that it was wise to fill up in Oregon first. Today's Regular Unleaded was $3.99 per gallon, compared to $4.39 at the Pilot at on I-5 near Dunnigan. The 40¢ difference is a significant piece of change, of which we can thank a combination of California-specific fuel regulations and the resulting market that is very sensitive to Refinery outages and pre-Winter Blend stocks. The Pilot Truck Stop itself was pretty cool. I especially enjoy browsing through the Trucker-specific merchandise, people watching, and hearing the announcements that someones shower is ready. read more

My wife lost her purse in the parking lot. Unfortunately we didn't discover the loss until we stopped in Redding. She immediately called the Pilot station and talked to Vanessa, who told her that the purse had been found and it was now secured in the office. Since we are scheduled to fly this weekend it was imperative that we get her drivers license. Vanessa immediately suggested sending the license and checkbook via FedEx to Santa Cruz. We were just blown away by her gesture and agreed to her plan. We just received the package from FedEx less than 48 hours after the loss. I cannot thank Pilot in general and Vanessa in particular for this amazing piece of customer service! What can you say about a company which empowers its staff to make those fantastic decisions except for Thank You from a grateful customer!!!!!! read more

As far as truck stops go, this one is comparable to Disneyland...such a great stop! Great store with all the amenities, lots of food items, and even supplies for truckers and autos alike. They also have showers inside, and like Eric said you always know when someone's shower is ready! The staff was very helpful and efficient, and people can make their way in and out at a good pace. Outside, they have a very large refueling bay, and also have a separate RV refueling area, as well as semi truck pumps in the back. This was great, as we have a trailer we were hauling, and there is definitely plenty of room around the whole place to maneuver effectively. In fact, in the back, there is a huge parking area for semi trucks as well. Also in the back is their scale, which is why we were there. Their scale was great, different pads so you can weigh trucks separately from trailers, and very big and wide with easy access. They even had an intercom outside where you can talk to the weigh master right there, which was really convenient. Even the tickets we got were better and had more information on them than at previous weigh stations. A great travel oasis with lots of amenities, we were really impressed! If we need anything weighed again, we will be back! read more

They have both PEPSI and that coke thing here, so people that like both products will be pleased, I highly suggest in having your own cup, specially if are traveling as refill prices are a lot cheaper then getting a new cup. This is a smaller Pilot then others I have been to, but they do have stuff to tide you over til next place ya stop. read more

Good stop for travelers. There is even a Subway inside if you are desperate for food. I can't remember the last time I had a Subway sandwich but they are better than most fast food places. Decent selection of items a traveler may need including a couple of aisles of car stuff (for breakdowns I guess). Despite that, they didn't have the bottle opener I was looking for. Coffee was typical of a gas station store, but fine. read more

This is one of our usual fuel/rest stops on our way to Reno and SLT. Conveniently located just off the highway and wide fueling/parking pad makes it easy to get through, even better with the separate uncovered fueling pumps to the side for those (like myself) who are towing a large trailer or those in an RV. Diesel price is reasonable and have high-flow nozzles. The building was clean and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. It was a busy time so there was a line at the Subway, but it is good (based on previous stops through). Very friendly cashier and Pilot always has 2-4 deals on Cokes/Sodas. I have no reason not to stop here again. read more

I prefer going down Hwy 97 when going to California and I can make it here until I need gas or somebody needs those car snacks - those ones that don't have calories because you are eating them in a moving vehicle. I am probably jinxing myself, but every time I come in here, I am walking past a massive line at the counter, on the way to the restrooms thinking there is no amount of iced tea or car food worth the line. Just a few magical minutes later I am prepared to leave without anything but the line has been 100% vaporized. This just makes me grab more because I feel really lucky now. Gas is always reasonable and again they can seem busy but they get you out of here and back on the road quickly. read more

The store is good , however the employees in the subway are rude. They only had one type of bread and was irritated that I asked for another type. They had a line of customers and were talking to each other. Bad customer service , just walked out and got food another place. Highly recommend this place when doing long drives. Came by this gas station and Subway on our way to a trip in the Pacific North West. The gas attendant, the Subway sandwich maker, and the front store cashier were all super nice and helpful. Really some great people, we made sure to stop by on our way back from the trip to say hi. read more

Always a friendly staff at the pumps. Easy in and out with RV lanes out front. RV lanes may be a bit tight (with longer rigs) when the station is busy due to the location of the RV pumps in relation to the store and other pumps. Grounds and store are clean. I use my Good Sam membership card for an additional $.03 off per gallon. Great Pilot and I fuel there on a regular basis. Wait times are normally minimal but have experienced a few times when not enough staff were working the pumps. read more

I want to start this off by saying I am a commercial driver that spend a lot of money in fuel every month and have decided to give pilot/flying j a try. (I have been using loves). It seems that I know why I have alway chosen Loves of your company, customer service at most locations is BAD at best! However tonight was the worst in Klamath Falls OR! I go in a pay for fuel and fuel my truck, after parking for the night I check in for a shower which I waited for an hour for and never saw anyone come out from using them. This leads me to believe that the person responsible for cleaning them is slacking off. I asked the man working subway what time they close and he told me that it is open 24 hours so I said I'll shower and then get a sandwich. After I get out of the shower there is a line of people and the man now has a woman helping him, I got in line and was there 5-10 mins. At this time the woman behind the counter yells and says they are closing after the group in front of me orders and that they close at 1am. I let her know the man next to her said they were open 24 hours and she continued to have an attitude with everyone. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will NEVER be back to a pilot or flying j. read more
