As a truck driver I expect a business like this to value customer satisfaction. But as I am getting ready to start a long drive at midnight and use the restroom, a fellow employee by the name of NATASHA wanted to express her opinion while cleaning the restrooms. I understand the night shift can be difficult, but mumbling insults such as "fat ass" under your breath as I walk out of the restroom doesn't leave an understanding feeling in my gut. If they closed the restroom and expressed to me that they needed a minute I would've understood completely. But I will not sit around and let someone disrespect me and then lie and say they never said it. Not only that, but she was also seen accusing another customer of stealing by making him turn around after checking out as he was exiting the building. He expressed to me outside that he felt disrespected himself for simply zipping up his vest. That is just so extremely pathetic. read more

This is a great place to go for truckers and for other vehicles! If you have a Pilot/Flying J rewards card then that's a bonus too. We stopped in today to get fuel and a bite to eat at McDonald's inside. Of course their following the CDC guidelines right now so you can't sit down in McDonald's and you can't use the same cup for refills. I like to shop here also..they have crystal figurines, Bible/book covers, shirts and vests, toys, travel cups, sunglasses, GPS and blue tooth head sets.. etc and etc. We weren't that hungry so we just got something from the 2 for $2.00 menu, then went to pay for our fuel. The cashier working was so nice and helpful. The center looks real clean, restrooms and showers are clean. Right now they have big totes near the front entrance with toys and such that are 50% off. $1.49 for unleaded right now also! read more

It is 11pm, walk in after fueling up and a long 14hr day thinking I'm gonna get a hot shower so that i could rest good tonight. I sit patiently for 20 minutes b4 proceeding to register where 3 employees are standing in group behind the register talking. One tells the other to do it, but the one who gave order ends up actually heading to supposedly clean. I sit in the chair by laundry near the shower. Literally 30 seconds later, heard the door on a shower close and buttons being pushed, guy who supposedly "cleaned" it, only pulled the door up and locked it. Walked 5 steps around the corner to see I was sitting there shocked the shit out of him. I know it's not clean but I open it anyway. Piss and hair on the toilet, dirty shoe prints all over the floor, amongst everything else and not a towel in sight. I walked this hall twice b4 going to the register to ask if it could be cleaned, and it looks the same as I saw it b4. I'm like hey man, that showers been cleaned? He's like just go around to the other side and any door open pick one of those. :/ what?? I've been sitting here now 30 minutes and there are showers that are "clean" already? :// I get around to the other side. Same thing.... I mean I know I'm not at the Hilton. But damn. Laziness at its finest. Pilot do better! I recommend hiring employees with at least a shred of dignity. Cause no person with morale would close a door on a dirty shower and give it to a paying customer. Shame!!! read more

Card chip readers were inoperable on the far left side pumps. Tried going inside to open a pump; cashier bluntly asked "how much? 10? 20 dollars?" I would have thought they can keep an open tab and I could finish up with a receipt coming back in but the possible transaction went all kinds of sideways and uncomfortable so I left to another gas station plaza. One star for the convenient location to I-40! read more

It's a decent and clean trick stop to use the bathroom. It has the normal truck stop / convenience store items with MORE! This is a good place to stop on your roadtrips! read more

Gas pumps don't work all the time. Horrible mcDonalds customer service. What's the point in card readers at pumps if they don't work. Receipt paper is out a lot at this station. read more

This Pilot is reasonably clean and quite large. I end up filling up here when my E light starts flashing at me on the way to work. There are LOTS of semi trucks that use this station and the traffic is nearly unbearable. It's difficult to get in and out of this gas station. Because there are lots of truckers that come through, they do have a lot of odds and ends that you can't find at most normal gas stations. read more

Very clean restrooms. Great gas prices, and very friendly staff. I would recommend the McDonald's is actually one of the best I have come across so far on the road. Whenever you can get fresh hot chain food recognition is needed in writing. read more
