Big parking lot for trucker, however, nearly 80% of that parking you have to pay $22+. On top of that, the parking lot has very poor lighting making it dangerous to navigate at night. Especially during winter with ice and/or snow on the ground. This is a big nationwide franchise so it doesn't make any sense on why this company is nickle and diming us truckers. read more

Just stopped right off the highway to do a gas fill up and grab a quick snack. It is located .2 miles off of interstate 81, super busy with truckers and cars, but three people at the desk made the check out quick and fast. Bathrooms are super clean lots of food is stocked inside the convenient store and there is a Wendy's fast food inside the location as well read more

This dude got mad because we parked in a reserved place but wast marked so how are we to know that it was reserved all the places that had reserved were marked except the one we parked at any ways this Ken here walks up to my husband and starts to scream at him telling him he's going to tow us next time that we knocked at our door one whole hour. I don't know what I would have done without the angel masquerading as the clerk at this travel center. Donna Jo not only showed me the DEF I needed but she carried the heavy jug AND she poured it into my RV! Having just turned 70 and having a frozen shoulder, I believe she was sent from heaven. Almost all the pumps were out of service today, so only three were open. I'm not sure if their delivery didn't make it or what. The inside looks old, but mostly clean. Bathrooms stalls and toilets were clean, which is important at a truck stop. The sinks were messy though and had paper towels stuffed in them. There is a Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts inside if you are stopping for fast food. This isn't Pilot's fault, but keep in mind, if you get off 81 North as there is no red light. We had to wait a bit in the middle of nowhere since lots of tractor trailers were turning left. That's just something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry. read more

We had to take our truck into the service shop. Let me tell you that everyone working there was so very nice and pleasant! The people in the office behind the desk and all of the mechanics in the shop as well. I made the comment to my husband that it was the friendliest people we've come across while being over the road, and he agreed. read more

I'm driving from New York to Alabama and I always stop at a Pilot or Flying J. I've never had a problem before but today the snotty cashier put the wrong pump number in and took my $70 prepaid gas on that pump. The really big RV got my gas. they claimed that they could do nothing about it and that I basically lost the money. Then a toothless wonder of a woman that was really nasty kept telling me there's nothing they could do about it I lost my money and the gas. It up with the corporate office that is close on Sunday. Then she proceeded to tell me that there was no cameras and they could not see that I did not get the gas that the RV did so basically some fellow Traveler got gas for free. Cheapest gas at this exit. Big truck stop. Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts are attached to the store. The store has funny souvenirs. They have friendly staff and local snacks. The downside was that the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. A solid 3 stars. read more

Fresh Dunkin Donuts at 0021. Friendly workers this shift. Plenty of snack foods and foods to nuke. Didn't see roller foods (might have missed it). PJ Fresh hot deli not filled with food but display is clean. Didn't see pizza. Saw side cooler of Greek yogurt, etc. plenty of coolers with beverages, didn't check for cold cuts etc. I took a shower at a Flying J dealer over 100 miles back so I didn't check out the showers or laundry. Lots of TT parking out back. Enough parking for CV up front. Potholes up front. Enough auto fuel pumps up front. Was busy when we arrived but not loud or crazy. Clean ladies' restroom. I'd come here again if we had to stay more than a few hours. read more

Today I went in to shower at 4:15 am on 2/1/18 and they are "remodeling". The cashier was lazy. I checked their website it doesn't mention that they don't have working showers. I told the same lazy cashier maybe they should update that they are not working so drivers don't waste their time driving here. The parking lot aka huge mess is a disaster! They are putting a shop right in the middle of the way so it is full of construction mess and vehicles. If you can avoid this place please do yourself the favor! Thank me later! Oh & go to the Petro instead more parking bigger lot & cleaner showers. They have a Caribou coffee, burger king, Popeyes Chicken and the best home cooking restaurant that I know of on the road. The truck care service sucks! Went to get a flat fixed. All the mechanics were inside sitting in chairs, no trucks in the bays. I thought well I'll be out of here quick! No such luck they told me to pull into the middle bay. The sign says not to unless there is an attendant. So I waited, and waited, and waited. I finally left and went to the Petro. All their bays were full. But there I got service. They said they hear that a lot about the service department at the Pilot! read more

the absolute worst truck care service, the WORST had a new transmission installed by them at a cost of over $7000 and 5 days of downtime, only to have truck breakdown 5 days later and require over $4000 in repairs due to BAD transmission - when contacted that we were broken down, they claimed they would contact us to send a tow.. which they never did and left my driver stranded on the side of the road for over 10 hours!!! absolutely the worst read more
