If a truck driver stopped by, they could rent a shower stall and buy a change of clothes. There is an assortment of souvenirs and gifts. The dog policy is liberal. Real and fake service dogs are allowed. Drinks, motor oil and many items are somewhat over priced. But when you are on the road, convenience matters too. read more

I stopped in here out of necessity bc all the pumps at BP were out of order and I couldn't get gas. Was an easy in and out and everything was in working order and prices were on par with the rest of the area. No issues to report! Easy to find and easy to get to right off I-81. read more

Stopped at this place earlier this year and was recently reflecting on how everyone writes a bad review when there is something to complain about, but few write reviews after having a good experience. We had a positive experience here and were impressed both by the facility and by the hard-working people who staff it. We stopped in to get food at Arby's, and were treated courteously by the staff there, who went out of their way to answer questions about some items on their menu. Afterwards we used the facilities and were impressed by how clean the rest rooms and the shower area was. What I think impressed us most of all was the diversity of products on sale. If we hadn't been so quick to eat at Arby's, we might have picked up some really tempting looking grab-and-go food covering a wide range of tastes and offering healthy options. The convenience store had all sorts of other cool stuff, too, the sort of things you might need on the road but not find at a typical truck stop -- special charging and connection cords for your electronic devices, for example. This place was very up-to-date in what it had to offer, despite its unpretentious facade. This was your average Pilot gas stop, that you can find on any road trip. I was happily surprised to find the bathrooms in decent shape, at least for a Pilot. There was plenty of snacks and drinks to purchase and the employees were actually quite nice. I try to go to Pilots when Im traveling the country and this one was on par with any other one I have been to. Come here if you are traveling by, you will get decent restrooms and plenty of food choices! read more

Very impressed with any travel center that has clean, stocked, functional bathrooms! Added to that we got the Good Sam's discount here .08/gallon below the cash price for diesel ended up saving us .16/gallon for credit for diesel and great snacks! 4 stars for a bit of confusion due to having to drive past the well advertised truckers Pilot station to find our barely signage marked travelers pilot around the bend. It needs a better road sign. Great place! read more

I have been to a lot of travel stops up and down the east coast, but I must say this has to be the finest establishment I have encountered in my 24 years on this earth. The manager at this Pilot is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. You have to pull up to the fuel isle then walk 1/8 mile to the cashier. Be treated and talked to like you are ignorant. They do not know how to process a com check. Then charge you $15 dollars for cashing it or to get fuel. The cashier told me it would be easier to get the fuel first then come back and process the com check. She said she would turn in the pump. I told her I was on pump 21. I walked the 1/8 mile back to the fuel isle and the pump was not on. I walk back 1/8 mile to the cashier and was informed that pump 24 was turned on instead of pump 21, the manager had turned on the wrong pump then tried to blame the cashier for the error. I walk the 1/8 mile back to fuel isle pumping my fuel and the nozzle handle kicked off so I pulled the hose out. The fuel was still pumping out and I was covered in diesel fuel. It was in my eyes, mouth all over my clothes. This is the worst Pilot I have ever been to and do not recommend that anyone use this travel plaza. This was my first stop at this Pilot and it reminds me a lot of Wawa and I looooove Wawa :) The only thing I encountered that annoyed me was the 'customer card' to get the discount on the gas. No one told me you have to keep the credit card sized card to get the discount...naturally I threw the big one away and just kept the key chain one...FYI. read more

Favorite place to stop and get gas/snacks when I head out, it also has an Arby's connected to the store along with showers and very clean bathroom facilities! The BP right next to it is also a very friendly and professional station as well, it also has a subway within the store as well. However DO NOT get your gas at the shell station on the very corner of the intersection. Multiple times I've been in there when they used to give a discount if you payed for your gas with cash and it seemed every time the attendant who was a larger woman with a sour disposition was talking to someone they knew holding up the line/ doing something in the back room/on their phone etc.. Bathrooms were always filthy, water all over the floor as well as other possible fluids.... Best bet is to stick to pilot! read more
