Burning through gasoline as I'm heading east and home, this was a good stop to fill up. Directly off the highway and easy to access in my Sprinter van. Vegetarian Minestrone Soup! Hey, we came through during the terrible and cold winter storm and were exhausted and hungry. Boy was I so pleasantly surprised that you had a vegetarian option for us to enjoy! That soup was so good we had 2 bowls each, and although expensive, it hit the spot! I can't believe there's a truckstop that does not take fleet access cards. I don't know what the problem is here, but the gentleman upfront just told me no we don't take them.... I went to this track stop to fuel after I finished fueling on very first pump then pulled forward while I was looking for my wallet to go inside grab fuel receipt with some snacks this little employee jumped to my step walk and knocked very hard on my window I got made and rolled window down to check on him then ask me to don't stop move the truck even the truck behind didn't set his brakes yet all this was because he has drive around with his little golf car to collect the trash just because of doing his job easier asking a truck to move first ever been in argue with pilots employee . This truck stop is good to stop at. It has plenty of spots clean showers etc. Their coffee machine is amazing. That makes delicious coffee fast. The parking spots are easy to get to. They're clean and some guy is always keeping an eye on them. They have plenty parking spots for the semi trucks also, they have a fuel station just for rvs. The inside store is clean and very well taken care of. Stuff is friendly and happy to help. Their restrooms are one of the most cleanest on that I've seen on the road so far. So are the showers. I like that pilot created an app so you can reserve your shower whole walking from your truck to the truck stop. Super convenient. They have a cinnamon baking station. When I walk by, I always tempted to buy some. read more

A large grassy area on the side of this Pilot is great for walking those dogs that just have to go. Plenty of restrooms inside are great for the wife that just has to go. Tons of fresh food options are available and plenty of pumps for fueling up the body and your ride. read more

Broken handles on nearly all women's bathroom stalls. Some showed occupied when they were empty and mine didn't have a handle on the lock. I knew how to use my key to lock it. Bathrooms are necessary while in the road and I didn't want to go looking for a stall with a lock that worked. read more

I drive regularly between NM and east Texas and this is ALWAYS where I pause for gas, clean restrooms, and soup or a healthy snack. The staff is friendly, and there's a fabulous comfort food station (awesome Mac and cheese), fresh cinnamon rolls, multiple soup options; also, the coffee is decent. (Not as good as Starbucks but the dark roast tastes like actual coffee and they are generous with half and half if you are into that.) If you're driving west, it's worth crossing the highway to choose Pilot over Allsups. read more

I just left this travel center and power went out here. People were pumping gas and seniors had to use the restroom. The workers inside locked doors and didn't even put a sign up. There was a gentleman who paid $110. In gas and was only able to get 10 and no one from the store would come out and explain what was going on or even a simple just hang out a little bit till we get this problem fixed. This is ridiculous the only reason I made it in for a sec was I was there for Cinnabon and they failed To lock that door when we walked in they ran over and rudely threw us out. We were able to tell some people outside what was going on. This is so sad to have this center ran by people like this. read more

They have employees parking their personal vehicles at the reserved parking spots while truckers are driving around the lot looking for parking. This really chaps my ass!! All we want to do is park and go to sleep after a 14 hr. Shift even if it means we have to pay for it. This employee deserves asshole of the month award with a picture of him hanging on the disgusting restrooms they have. If you like scorching hot showers when your skin feels like it's peeling of your body,this is the place to do so. Flies all over the deli window. This place is great place to stop when your have been traveling! Clean restrooms, clean store. They have friendly staff that smiled the whole time we were being served. The selection of food is wide. There are many fresh options, not just prepackaged snacks. Fresh fruit, hot soup, hot meals, hot pizza! All fresh and tasty! We had pizza, meat loaf, mac and cheese and corn dogs. I'm not the type to eat at gas stations, but it was all pretty yummy and hadn't been sitting long at all. Fed the whole family of 5 for $30! Oh and hot, gooey CinnaBuns!! Woot! OMG! yes by far the best thing to have opened off the 40 hwy. Road tripping these days has us girls hoping for a safe and clean gas station to stop at. This place gives us everything. The restrooms were so clean we couldn't be more excited about going pee. Great mirrors for selfies. Lol but being serious for a minute. They had lots of signs so you don't miss the exit. Well lit at the pumps and the entrance. The food selection was actually fairly fresh and didn't look like it has been sitting out for eight hours. Also had better steamed veggies if you could believe that. They are short handed but who wants to drive to the middle of nowhere to work right. So I'm not mad at that. So if you're on the 40 freeway! Nice clean store, I'm here 5 days a week for a relay load. Bathrooms are usually clean. Everything is usually stocked. However next to never is there any way to clean the windows on my truck when I get fuel......and I mean hardly ever. I'm lucky if one fuel lane has one bucket with dirty water in the bottom of it. read more

The "travel stop" seems fairly new compare to others. The facility still clean and somewhat organized. However if the staff continues to treat this travel stop with no or little pride and care in the next 2 years this place will not be the place to stop and get your gas and or your road essential. Just an observation, if you're looking for coffee, 90 percent of the coffee machines are "out of order" and the ones that are still operational it seems that the staff are reusing the same coffee batch to brew the entire day unless you call them out on it. You can almost see the bottom of the cup when you look in it. Also, if you're looking for liquid creamer good luck . When we asked the staff if they have any cream, they disappeared and hid in the back. It seemed like they were doing rock , paper, scissor and the loser gets to deal with the customers issue Overall, this "travel stop" can still be saved with a llittle pride and care from the staff. One bright note to this place the gentlemen that helped us at the counter was very attentive and welcoming. Shout out to the guy with braided hair. This is our 3rd time here and every time is the same experience so I thought it's time to share our experiences with this place. I really hope to get the issues fixed. Since it is new it is very clean. I had food from pj fresh it was good but very costly. This is truck stop. Yes everyone can stop here. Overall my experience was okay. The reason I am giving them 4 star cause they need to hire more people so we donot have wait in line for 15 min to pay for stuff. read more

When I got there.I was greeted by Lelia. She had the sweetest smile and the HAPPIEST eyes!!!
