The tablet needed a new battery. Since the brand was not popular, he had to replace the battery with a similar looking type of battery. He had to solder the battery into the tablet. I paid $88.60 for the battery replacement. I got my tablet back within 5 hours. Now it is running fine and I can use it again.

I wasnt informed about the lack of water resistance at any point. The phone continued to function. I took it back to them and they said they will dry it out but the damage was already done. I wasnt informed given a slight attitude when i took the phone back after the incident. A few weeks after i got the white screen of death, i took it to a different repair shop and they informed the inside two cables were damaged and there was about 6 screws missing around the battery. I had to just get a new phone due to al the issues. So affordable prices, quick fix but quality is compromised. Repair was done in July of 2025, phone screens topped working 8 weeks later After I posted this review, the owner publicly responded by telling me not to "blame others for [my] own mistakes" and stating that he hoped I would not return. I have attached his response so customers can evaluate it themselves. My complaint remains about the physical condition of the phone following the repair. A different repair shop later identified two damaged internal cables and approximately six missing screws around the battery.
