We dropped it off at 10:00 a.m. and when we called the next morning to pick up the vehicle the vehicle was not done. With it not being done we had to incur another day on the rental car. When we finally got to pick up our car he was still working on it and it was not done so we had to wait an additional hour at his shop. When we picked up our vehicle it was extremely dirty and wet from the heater core backflowing inside our vehicle. Our belongs from our dashboard glove box and our middle console were thrown around our vehicle in which they got dirty and wet. We had to call and message him to let him know that the glove box light was on constantly and the glove box was loose. Also our A/C unit was not blowing air out of the vent on the middle passenger side. We took it back to his shop for him to fix it however he fixed the glove box but broke the shut off switch to the a/c vent and now the vent blows air but we can not close it because he broke the lever that closes it. Our dashboard is loose and our cruise control doesn't work. We made him aware of the issues by text and voicemail message but it is very hard to get ahold of him.

I took my car to Gulf Breeze Automotive and they not only said the compressor needed replaced but also the cooling fan! Phil never looked at my vehicle like he sa because if he had he would've known I needed to replace the cooling fan also! SCAM Xtreme SCAM In Dec 2009 I took my vehicle to this shop…read morefor repair. After completion I was charged $150 and told that I needed a $250 induction cleaning. I declined and after some research found that this could be done for approximately $10. My vehicle continued to run poorly for months but I had lost trust in Auto Xtreme so I did not return. Finally another auto repair shop found the problem - Auto Extreme had fraudently attached a small piece of heater hose in place of the agreed upon pcv hose assembly. The heater hose had failed and caused a large vacuum leak destroying my fuel pump in the process. The fuel pump repair then cost $650. Auto Xtreme is a xtreme SCAM.

The job was quoted for 3 hours and when they finished it was just over 2 hours of time spent doing it and they only charged me for what it actually took not what the computer said it would take! Great business and professional staff. Now I was nervous at first reading some of the reviews but after finding out the company is under new ownership I felt a lot better about it. Definitely will be taking future work back to these guys and recommending this OUTSTANDING company to friends!
