Austin responded to my call for help within an hour and he tentatively suggested it might be a spark plug or coil and that he could come to my location around 5PM the same day and take a look. I was frankly skeptical because all the videos I watched detailed an elaborate process to removing all the stuff on top of the engine before you can even get to the coils/plugs. Much to my surprise he was able to gain access by just removing the engine cover. So he evaluated the problem, went and bought the parts and installed them, all in just a couple of hours. I was amazed. Austin was professional, confident and thoughtful. I would recommend him without hesitation. Even though the car has not had the P0306 DTC or the Check Engine Light reappear so far over a few cold starts I realize that the problem may not be fixed. I understood that this was just the most likely cause of the problem and that's not Austin's fault. He did what I asked him to do and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I declined and after some research found that this could be done for approximately $10. My vehicle continued to run poorly for months but I had lost trust in Auto Xtreme so I did not return. Finally another auto repair shop found the problem - Auto Extreme had fraudently attached a small piece of heater hose in place of the agreed upon pcv hose assembly. The heater hose had failed and caused a large vacuum leak destroying my fuel pump in the process. The fuel pump repair then cost $650. Auto Xtreme is a xtreme SCAM.

I brought in my luxury Cadillac sports car, expecting professionalism and quality service. Instead, I was handed a greasy disaster and a $4,500 hole in my wallet. They installed what can only be described as a bargain-bin, off-brand differential, completely unfit for the performance and specs of my car. They had also claimed that a barring was broken so they just "fixed it" real quick. When I called to confront them about it, the staff acted like they were on a hidden camera show--lying through their teeth, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. The "mechanic" assigned to my car? Sketchy, and couldn't even show me the parts they claimed needed replacement. Why? they had " scrapped it already"Because either they never replaced them, or they were just trying to get another Buck out of me And then there's the manager. He seemed great at first....... but...Oh boy. Confront him and he flies off the handle faster than a rusted lug nut. Claims he's "been working on cars for 27 years" -- maybe, but clearly not with any integrity or customer respect. Experience means nothing if you're defensive, dishonest, and treating customers like they're stupid.
