They are willing to install broken cabinets and countertops, and they rarely follow up with the contractors. One of the contractors, named Ken, is particularly dishonest. He often complains about his manager, Sarah, but then goes back to the store to complain about us. This has been a huge mistake; they have taken my money. I am hiring a lawyer to review my case and ensure that everything is handled correctly.

First cabinet was fine but the second cabinet was damaged and couldn't be put together. I called and reported this and said I would like a third cabinet if I did not have to pay the delivery charge and it can arrive with the one they were replacing. The cabinets arrived and I put them together only to find one shelf was missing, I called and reported the problem and Menards said they would loo into it.
