I needed to return an item and had the order number and receipt pulled up on my phone. Well, Jeremy at the customer service desk was able to turn a 30 second return into a 15 minute ordeal! When I showed him my return documentation, he said I needed to have a printed receipt and to go over to that kiosk, swipe my method of payment, and get a printed receipt. Before I was able to tell him I didn't have my Menards card with me, he was on to the next customer. I had to get back at the end of the long return line and about 13 minutes later, Mia saved the day and returned the item in less than 30 seconds.....the way it should've been done 15 minutes earlier. So, I can't recommend this location.
