After talking to their GM, they refused to give any of it back. These people are sharks looking for money any way they can get it. Please look elsewhere before going and do not allow them to keep your credit card information; it will not turn out well for you! Brandon, try as you may to justify taking $70.00 from someone who is a loyal customer. You have skewed the facts and they are not true. I never get a blow out and I was scheduled for five foils. I should not be held accountable for your employee who booked it otherwise. I urge you to speak to Jenn. She will verify that I always walk out with wet hair.
