They tried telling me it wasn't broken. When I called to inform them I still have sand but instead of white it's brown and dirty, I was told I'd get a call back. A week later no call, I called to see what is going on, " Oh Chris got your message but he didn't call you back and now off for the week ". Okay well this is what the result of making a mistake on the job and not owning it looks like. I should have been called back same day or next. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

I can't honestly say if the prices are cheaper anywhere else because we received such great service here from the first time we walked through the doors that we haven't bothered to go anywhere else to compare. They have little plastics bottles they give us and we fill them up with pool water and bring them back here and they test our water (for free) and tell us what we do and do not need. They are very, very knowledgeable and so helpful. I've yet to ask them a question they haven't been able to answer. If you have a pool, I highly recommend this Pinch a Penny location!

Had a great time at a work golf outing in January. Nice and cool weather but not too cool. Got a…read morecoffee from the cart woman. Then she ran out so I couldn't buy coffee's for my foursome. Oh well, they'll have energy drinks, hah. After leaving a bunch of balls in the water we headed back in the clubhouse for late lunch and drinks. I was doing dry January so it was Gatorade followed by shots of pickle juice for me. I just learned that the land here was once a settlement of Mocama people. After them Don Juan McQueen had a slave plantation here. When you are on the course along the marsh, it is cool to think of how historical this land is and the people who once lived here thousands of years ago.

There is a gym with tennis courts, a pool, and a soccer field near the front of the community. There is practically anything you could ever need in the gym and I think it is a great recreational facility. There is also a clubhouse that has its own pool. The clubhouse is great for private events since it has a wonderful view of the golf-course. I've personally attended several college and graduation events here and was always impressed. The golf course is lovely and lush. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery. One of my favorite holes looks out over the inter coastal. Overall a lovely place to live and hangout!

Jim was more than happy and willing to answer any questions we had. Erin was fantastic at responding to voicemails, emails and yes even text messages. We will continue to use Accurate Leak Detective for all of our pool needs.

There was also a few "drops" dripping by my filter that I corrected immediately by tightening. I continued to lose well over 1/2-3/4" a day even during cold wet days through the winter. I was paid another visit and told it was evaporation. I insisted it wasn't as I had never had to refill my pool twice a week in many years (especially when no one was swimming in it). Eventually they came out and again, said it was all set. It wasn't. After my last $400 water bill and continuing to fill my pool twice a week, I went on Amazon, spent $15 on Dye and $15 on Putty and found 2 more leaks around the jets and waterfall that were relatively big. Guess what, no more leakage for weeks. I'm not saying everyone can DIY it. I'm just expressing my dissatisfaction as I really had I expected them to either fix it, or do a full or even partial refund to help cover my loss for the months of gaslighting about evaporation where I had to pay for excessive water loss.
