Based on a strong recommendation of a trusted friend and colleague, Stanley Pools was high on our list. After getting quotes, they were our top choice!   We have been impressed with the entire Stanley team since the very beginning. We were under contract in November and it kicked off the same day with the permit submission. The most remarkable part of this process was the actual construction, including a full screened enclosure: it started on January 5 and we had water in the pool on February 10! From beginning to "pool school" where it was all wrapped up was well under two months - incredible! Stanley Pools installed our pool in 2011. Over the intervening years we've called on them for chlorinators, pumps and now a pool heater. They've always been honest, fair and dependable. I only have one comment, not really a complaint, it would be very nice if the technicians would photograph all of the data tags on the equipment before it is installed at break your back, get down on your knees level and try to read the serial numbers for the warranty registration before the unit is installed. The pics could then be emailed to the customer and/or kept in the customer's electronic file at the Stanley office for future reference. Just a suggestion. read more

Needed pump repair. They first told me it would be awhile they were backed up. Then called and sent a superb technician out.

Our pool lights weren't working, in fact, they haven't in awhile, so I called for service. Alex came today and checked all the electric and found the problem. He was even able to come back today and install new lights and controller. He was on time, he was able to explain what was happening and was conscientious and neat. I was very happy with the service and can't wait to see my lights back on in the pool!! I think Stanley Pools has a very hardworking young man working for them. Thank you, Alex! read more

Fantastic experience working with Stanley Pools. They are an honest family run business. We just finished a new pool and spa build with a huge deck and it is gorgeous! They were on schedule, kept a clean work site and all workers were extremely courteous and friendly. From first shovel in the dirt to our first dip in the pool was 7 weeks. There was someone here nearly every day keeping the project on schedule. And they were 20% less than some of the other companies. very satisfied with the resurfacing and new tiles. Had some leaks and had surface redone about 6 years ago and very poor job , redone over tile and never was able to get in touch with company that did it. Called Stanley and Kim came out next week and gave us estimate and ideas, we signed papers soon after. All the crews followed schedules and worked very clean and you could tell they communicated with each other very well, Greg and Kim called and gave us schedule and expectations. They finished job on time and we had brand new pool filling with water less than a week later. Great customer service from start and once all set Gary came out for week following completion and checked chemicals and got ready to swim. Would recommend in a heart beat to use them. read more

Worst customer service ever. I have called them 3 times. No one has ever returned my phone calls. You keeping saying someone will return my call. Pinch-a-penny won't even maintenance my pool until it isn't green anymore. I don't know want to do. I need help. Stanley pools won't help me either. I give up. read more

I would like to share my story bc I believe what they did to me was wrong!! I called for Pool services in the middle of the summer, so most companies were too busy and they didn't call me back for weeks, and by that time I already had hired Stella pools. Well, Fri 8/24 Stanley Pools decided to just come in my backyard and started putting chemicals in. We walked out front and I said you're not Stella pools( who was supposed to be back that day coincidentally), and I was confused as to why they would just come. They said they apologize and will only charge me for the chemicals. They did call during the week but only left a VM that they were coming and that Wednesday my grandma, who I adored and lived w in my house, passed away so I was making funeral arrangements and very upset. I thought they would have been understanding but I keep getting bills for $100! I'm sorry, I'm the type of person who will always pay even if I'm unhappy w service but this is different! I thought that showed a side to then that was unethical. read more
