They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. After my post on Sunday morning, I received a call an hour later offering assistance. A technician arrived three days later and found that the problem with the hot tub was the terminal block--it wasn't properly plugged in, which prevented it from carrying the electrical load. To clarify, my post was never intended to badmouth anyone or the hot tub, which I love. The issue was the lack of customer service, as well as the fact that I was blamed as the client for not knowing how to use the hot tub--despite having owned two before. Thank you again for sending a technician and identifying the problem right away. I only wish I hadn't had to go through this process and post online, but as I said, I truly love the hot tub.
