I was attended by an employee who said was the manager, she told me that they had cleaned my filter, I explained to her that nobody had notified me that this service was going to be carried out because I had already bought new filters (not installed) since they were broken. She showed me a photo of her phone that was supposed to be my filters (dirty) but I don't recognize the place as my house, nor did she show me a photo of them clean and she told me very angry and arrogant that the service had already been done and although it was her fault for not having sent me a previous email as they do with everyone, and she stated that they would no longer provide me with the service, I told her that I wanted to talk to the owner and she only limited herself to say that the owner didn't have a personal email were I could contact her directly, only the general email of the company that is the one that she manages. Definitely, if the owner is not aware of this, they will end her business with a terrible reputation, because it is not possible for them to deceive you and kick you out! Stay away from these people while they are still running that business, they need to learn how to conduct their business more professional..!

We finally found Austin Jackson in a back office at his desk. After speaking with him, he mentioned he could not be out that week but could the next week. He asked for a survey of our property. I cannot tell you how many times I have come in and not only do they associate me by name but they ask about my family, my animals and my job! it is a safe haven to sit down and talk while receiving excellent service. 2. I have a swim spa. many years ago, I walked into their store - clueless - about how to take care of my swim spa. Greg came by my HOUSE on numerous occasions to see the situation, look at the reading and figure out how to have an excelllebt swim spa. My pool looks amazing and I have never had any issue with clarity, sanitary issues and they even address other issues that even Swim Spas couldn't help me with. They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond - even if it has nothing to do with the regular issues they always address. 3. Old school customer service. You can't find this anywhere else. They will help you and work with you to attain your pool goals and under your price budget. 4. Respect: Many of the complaints I have seen is due to the lack of respect regarding parking with Hero's Martial Arts. There is into a few spots to park in and they work closely to ensure that their customers have the parking needed to quickly and efficiently get in and out with no hassle. I tried appreciate this because many times I am in a rush and leave my car running. It is nice to know they nicely cut quickly and effectively ask those who are not a part of the store to please respect the boundaries established by the management teams and to park in the designated areas for all the establishments on this located in this parking center. It is nice to know that during the busiest times, Saturdays. That I always have a place to park because they enforce the rules. I know people aren't always pleased. But I know that NONE of the true patrons are the ones complaining. And the true patrons are the ones whise reviews are the truest to the excellent customer service received. 5. Grace. Grace is one of the highest compliments I can give this family owned business. Once a person is a customer - they are treated as family. They have shown me grace and understanding more times than I can count. And that is missing in today's day and age. So, my friends, I implore you to go in say hello and see for yourself. Service was good for about 2 weeks then their pool cleaner started cheating the service. The guy would literally take 3 min to "brush" the pool and leave immediately after. Send their BS text with pictures that the service was completed. I raised this issue with Derek, but he never addressed it. Very dishonest company to deal with!

Derek, the owner, is always very prompt in his responses to any questions we have. We were out of town during the winter storm and we contacted Derek to make sure our freeze protection was set up correctly. He stopped by our house within minutes of our email and made sure everything was set up. While we were out of town my parents were staying at our place and Derek was able to answer any questions my dad had. It definitely gave us piece of mind knowing that Derek would be available to help my dad if needed. I can't say enough good things about them!
