Pros: great ambience, nice decor, excellent service. They have a varied menu and the food is delicious. My fish was perfectly cooked, servings were large. Cons: it's expensive, but the servings sizes make up for it.

Nice restaurant with a good menu. Ana our server was amazing! Would come back just for her haha.

Delicious food, wonderful service, and tons of parking next door!!! The place felt so cozy with such a friendly environment and the food was so fresh and cooked exactly how we wanted it. The prices are really good and they have three types of menus for Brunch (Sat-Sun), lunch and dinner. I ordered the brunch chicken and waffles it was very good and chicken was not over or undercooked made just right. No issues with parking because they have there own parking lot next door. Highly recommend if you're in the area ^.^

A wonderful visit for brunch/lunch in Miami. Parking is a bit tight in their lot. Service was excellent. Immediately greeted and brought to a table. Flavors were excellent. Skirt steak and Brussel sprouts were flavorful. Bottomless mimosas came in carafe at a time.

I went out with my friends for brunch. The parking is right next to the restaurant. When I drove into the parking, there was a smiling friendly gentleman directing the traffic. Later we found out that he was a father of the owner. The food was reasonably priced and all my friends seemed impressed with food. This place is like going to your friend's house. Very relaxing and cozy. Obviously, very popular with neighbors as a brunch spot.

Pinch is a great place to come casually expecting good meals and quick service. Is it decently priced and the drinks are made well. Favorite entree is the pinch burger with fries, we've returned here for this meal itself. Free parking in the back lot but it is limited.

Pleasantly surprised with this place. I had been a few years ago and was not blown away but I have to say last night was a great meal! First the portion sizes were big! Plenty of leftovers for today. The burger was delish and so were the sides! I really like the laid back atmosphere. Feels like a local place.... No frills, just good food and good service. I will definitely come back!

So glad I saw this place on TT I already knew it existed, but I had forgotten about it sometime ago, and I was reminded that I needed to stop in. Everyone was so welcoming as soon as I walked in the chef/owner was even in shop. All of his staff had wonderful things to say about him and the establishment, including the food and although I had in mind what I wanted to eat, they made great recommendations. They also have happy hour, which is nice a brunch menu and a dinner menu. I ordered the fish sandwich fried and I was blown away. It doesn't look like much, but the staff explained to me that everything was homemade from scratch and you can definitely tell. I think the portions match the price and I'll definitely come back to try more things on the menu. It's kind of a small restaurant, but I would consider this one of Miami's hidden gems however it has been around for 10 years so if you know, you know.

Stopped by Pinch for brunch on a Sunday. Parking isn't immense but the father of the chef was outside and directed us where to park, which was very thoughtful and helpful. Service beyond that was just okay. I think they were just busy since it was brunch time so we waited quite a while to order, then quite a while again for the check. But that happens sometimes. When we did finally order and the food arrived, everything was delicious. I got the pinch burger which was really fantastic, as were the fries. The chef is great at what he does and his father was super nice and paid our table a visit before we left, thanking us for stopping by. Overall, Pinch is definitely a place to check out.

I do not like the fact that.....Pinch has one of the best, most authentic caipirinhas in Miami! ARGH!!!! This fact, their great happy hour menu, delicious food and awesome service makes it hard to stay away! Have visited Pinch for happy hour a few times. Each has turned into transitioning from happy hour to dinner because the service, drinks and food are amazing and encourage lingering. The fresh chicharrones are outstanding. They hit the table, still crackling from the fryer. Then they snap, crackle and pop when the lemon juice gets drizzled over them. Then they crunch, ever so crunchily, when bitten. Perfection. The Pinch Croquetas are some of the best "restaurant version of a croquette" I've had! It's almost like a bite of a media noche but still with that traditional ham croquette flavor. Would love to eat the whole serving but they are rich, so great for sharing. Already mentioned the caipirinha, which is even made with natural sugar. *chefs kiss* But the Pinch Old Cuban? The Pinch Old Cuban???? A little life-changing, I fear! It's refreshing with just enough sweetness to balance it out. It's a drink that is so satisfying and deceptively strong! Off the regular menu, I've had the Pinch Burger and the Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese. The Pinch Burger is one of the best burgers I've had in recent memory - flavor, textures, sturdy bun. Like, seriously. The tagliatelle was a true bolognese, not too heavy and a right-sized portion. I've had different servers on different visits and each were friendly, attentive (even when there was only one for the entire restaurant), very patient, helpful with the menu. I observed that each customer - whether new, returning or neighborhood regulars - gets the same treatment. Just awesome, all around. Happy hour prices are wonderful, of course! ($7 drinks and apps, Feb 2025) But the regular menu is also very fair pricing. Can't think of anything that feels "overpriced" on the menu, which is rare in Miami. Free parking along the sides and in a back corner behind the restaurant. There's also an enclosed back patio, which I haven't tried but will on my next visit.

Once I found the elevator, Kaiju was clearly labeled there tho. The entire bar is dark and has cool red lights all around. We went to the bar to get seated and were led to an open table for our group. Our waiter immediately filled our water glasses and brought the menu. The menu is super cool because each drink is presented as a Pokémon card. There's a lot of info especially on how they compare to classic cocktails. Everything on the menu looked good so my friends and I got a bunch of different drinks. Some of my favorites were the Rodan, Guije, and the pandan drink (I forgot the name). The Michelangelo was also good but a little spirit forward for my taste. I'm excited to come back and try some more of the menu.

This is a fun, trendy bar with delicious drinks and solid service. It's totally worth checking out. First, I love the theming. Kaiju is Japanese for "movie monster." Ever seen Pacific Rim (2013)? The logo looks like a rough outline of Godzilla. The menu is designed to look like Japanese monster (e.g., Pokemon) trading card books. Each cocktail has its own card art, stats, and tasting notes. Neat. And the vibe of the place is like - I don't know - Japanese neon Blade Runner. It's cool. The four of us got a variety of drinks and were welcomed to our table with complimentary shots. I had the Guije cocktail which cost $24 after tax and tip. Yes, that's the one thing about this place - the drinks aren't cheap. Tasting notes: "Guije is a savory, tropical, and funky cocktail featuring Chairman's Reserve Rum spiced with Mojo Criollo, offering hints of bay leaf, pepper and garlic. Along with fresh mango, lime, Maduro, to round out the robust yet tropical flavors." It was strong, refreshing, and fantastic. All of our drinks were presented beautifully too. My wife thought she left her wallet here. The next day, I DMed @bar_kaiju on Instagram and they got back to me in less than a couple hours. Whoever got back to me was responsive and kind. (Luckily, the wallet turned up elsewhere, but their help was appreciated.) Bar Kaiju is located on the 2nd floor (mezzanine level) of the Citadel food hall. It opened in December 2022. I found out after the fact that they were ranked #77 on the "North America's 50 Best Bars" extended list in 2025.

My friend and I got here a couple minutes early and waited a few minutes before we were seated inside. Everyone was kind and said happy birthday to me since I put that on the reservation. The outdoor terrace has a different vibe than indoor. It's more tropical and chill. Indoor was the cool sultry vibe I was going for with the dim lighting and red booths. I was very interested in the burger - which I heard they only have limited quantity of. Fun fact: you can only order it on the terrace. My friend and I shared (this is in order of my favorite): - rocky road sundae ($16): we got it without the candied almonds because my friend is allergic. Don't pass on this! I loved the brownie bites in the sundae and the raspberry was a nice contrast for sweet/tart. - Parker house rolls ($6): it comes with two and the honey butter was to die for. The rolls are thick so you really only need 1 per person. - Caesar salad ($21): each lettuce slice is seasoned/garnished perfectly so no mixing necessary! - Agnolotti ($34): I read a lot about this pasta so we got it. You can taste the sweet corn flavor in each bite since it's like a soup dumpling that has that burst of sweet corn. The sweet corn grew on me but I liked the crab the most. - French fries ($11) with potato butter ($7): we also read about the potato butter and was interested in it. Tbh it tastes like fondue or something, nothing special in my opinion. Same with the fries - they're just crispy fries. I would honestly pass on the fries The bathrooms are by the bar. Our server (Benito or Beto?) was training and he was so sweet and walked me to the bathroom. You enter through a green door and then there are 4 single stall bathrooms. For my birthday, they brought me a key lime pie with a candle and "Happy Birthday" in chocolate which was a nice surprise!! The tables to our left and next to them were also each celebrating a birthday!! When our check came, it came with a postcard (which they do in NYC too). I like to collect postcards for my scrapbook so I was ready to keep it. However, our server saw me take it and informed us they needed to keep it since they didn't have enough... but she gave me a dessert menu to keep instead which was nice. Overall, I had an amazing time. Service was great and everyone we spoke to (we made friends with couple next to us) was friendly.

Everything was delicious and I loved the vibe. There's an indoor market and outdoor seating. Will definitely be back.

The restaurant is conveniently located right on the downtown strip with free street parking nearby, which is always a plus. The atmosphere was inviting from the moment we walked in. The host welcomed us and told us we could sit anywhere we liked, so we chose a quieter table away from the bar area. There is also a stage section that looked perfect for live music nights, although there was no entertainment during our visit. Overall, the ambiance was trendy, relaxed, and had a great neighborhood feel. They also appeared to have some very good happy hour specials for those who drink. Our server was very sweet and offered several recommendations. We decided to share the burrata appetizer and the skirt steak dinner. The steak arrived first and looked absolutely beautiful. The quality of the meat itself was outstanding and cooked very well. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable charred flavor from what seemed like a dirty grill, which took away from an otherwise excellent steak. It was disappointing because the quality of the meat was truly superb. The fries were also surprisingly good and almost tasted closer to sweet potato fries. At that point, we realized our burrata appetizer had been forgotten. Once we flagged down our server, she immediately corrected the mistake and brought it out quickly. Thankfully, it was absolutely delicious and ended up being one of the highlights of the meal. The fresh burrata paired perfectly with the heirloom tomatoes and tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Toward the end of dinner, service became difficult again. We were ready for more water, a box, and the check, but our server was nowhere to be found despite the restaurant not being particularly busy since it was still early in the evening. I eventually had to get up and ask the bartender for assistance. Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance and appreciated the quality of the food. There were definitely some service inconsistencies, but the restaurant has a lot of potential and several dishes that stood out.
