Well, I hate to write a negative review, but this business so deserves it. We bought a car based on…read moretheir online ad and had SO MANY problems with it. They said it was "inspected", um, no. We have had non-stop issues that added over 20% of our purchase price - think 10,000 turns into $11,000 then more. We bought a car and a real minor detail is it came with 2 keys (isn't that the norm?). Well we only had ONE that worked. Emailed the sales manager and he said, and I quote "Well, I didn't promise both keys would work" Wait, what? Autosmart (aka Jim) said maybe they didn't get the 2nd key in the auction and that he didn't promise the 2nd key they gave us would work. The local dealer quoted over $400 to duplicate a second key. The Autosmart guy said we could get an "unprogrammed one" online from a non-licensed company and watch a youtube video to see how to program it ourselves - about a 2 hour process if you're experienced at doing this. No thanks. The sunroof was a perk we were happy about - until it rained the first time and the entire rerouting of water system had been undone - hello gallons of water to clean out. We had a repair guy spend over 5 hours to reconnect the "unplugged and stopped up" drains that should have kept water from pouring INSIDE the car. A family member saw all of this and agreed - the drains had for some reason been unplugged so the water just ran into the car and leather seats. Oh, and there was no "key" to unlock a tire in case of a flat. Had to go to the dealer to buy a new one. We didn't know that locking tires were a standard feature and so didn't know to check for that, but our mechanic said it should have been included and that any dealer would know that. If our mechanic had not mentioned it, we would not have known and could have been in a big bind if we had a flat and no way to remove the tire without the key. All I can say is DO NOT BUY from these people. We spent more than 20 percent over what we paid JUST TO MAKE THE CAR WORK. They claimed it was inspected, but did not have the tire "unlock" key so they could have no way of checking many vital functions, like the brakes. Oh, yea, the brake pads were shot also (hello, another $1,000 to fix that). So, if you buy a 10,000 used car, expect another 2,000 just to get the car in acceptable and safe working order. Just saying. And they were totally uninterested in our problems. Again, I don't generally leave a bad review (check out my other reviews to confirm this) but this dealer is awful. Do NOT do business with them. We are really, really disappointed in the condition of the car and the lack of customer service.

Auto Smart staff was extremely helpful in finding me a vehicle. Since they knew what I wanted I…read morereceived a phone call whenever they got something on the lot they thought I would like. Finally got exactly what I wanted - a Triumph motorcycle. Great staff. Great pricing. And very honest folks to work with. I will be back.

My wife and I flew in from out of town and Adrian met us at the airport and took us straight to the dealership. We were in and out within 45 minutes, honestly the fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Do not hesitate to buy your next Ford from Courtesy Ford, everyone is a class act! Thanks guys!

Nikki Tebo the nightmare. My Bronco had recalls. I called PBF around 3 weeks ago to schedule a…read morerepair. I made sure to let the employee to know that if it was something that could be done within a day between 8am and 5pm I could bring it by, if not I would have to wait for my husband to return to MS to have a ride for drop off/pickup. No biggie either way. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the vehicle would be ready by 3pm and if the second recall was necessary - my vehicle could be picked up and returned to Richton. I was stoked. This was my first experience with Ford and I thought that was really accommodating. Appointment day the vehicle went to PBF as planned. Around 3pm I called to check in just to be sure my car could be returned to my job (about 2 minutes from Ford). That was my first dealings with Nikki the nightmare. She immediately had an attitude. "No it's not ready. It's not been touched. Nowhere on here does it say the vehicle has to be back by 3pm. I mean- it'll be ready sometime after 5 or tomorrow." I was shocked because I HAVE to leave by 5pm to get my baby from daycare. I explained that it was very clear my car would be back by 3. Instead of saying "I am so sorry. That did not make it on the write up. We're going to bring it back to you today. Can we pick up later this week when there's a slot to have it finished?" That would have went 100% different. She had an attitude. In 3 weeks I have never gotten a phone call. I call weekly to check on the part. Monday I found out it's in. They scheduled to come get the car from my house. The man I spoke to was extremely friendly. I told him my car is also now throwing a code for 4x4 and it is shaking horribly every single time I turn the wheel left or right. I let him know it's perfectly fine for the vehicle to stay a few days if necessary as long as it's picked up from home. He told me I'd hear from Nikki. (May have called back or transferred. Can't remember). I told Nikki exactly what I told him. She asked me "ok say that again.. 'Bronco is shaking when customer turns left or right'". As if she's writing it down. Next day my car is picked up. I hear nothing. Today at 8:30am I get a text that it's back home. I thought it was odd nobody ever called to say "hey. This is broken. Fix it?" I called Nikki. Very politely I ask if they were able to locate the problem/fix and if I owed anything. "I thought we were just doing a recall". Already with an attitude. I'm again- shocked. I say "no.... I told you Monday it shakes every single time you turn? It shakes HORRIBLY. The 4x4 is messed up. You even read back to me what I said as if you were writing it down??" Her response: "I'm not going to go back and forth with you today Whitney." Mine: "my name is not Whitney...?" Nikki: "Melanie. Whatever it is (whoever you are)" I saw red. I've never in my life had such dog shit service. She is the most hateful person I've ran across. She should work at the DMV. I don't know how she makes a dime with that smart mouth. She never apologized. Never admitted fault. Stuff happens. But really? I immediately drove up there. I spoke to Joey. He was extremely friendly and understanding. He admitted he'd be upset to and assured me the car would be picked back up and fixed this time. He has since called me and told me what was wrong and that it would be fixed in a timely manner. He, the receptionist, and a few kind service people I spoke to between Nikki were the only good things about service. I'm trading the vehicle ASAP. I never want to bring anything there again. Which is a shame, because it seems like you do have good employees but she's bad enough that I don't want to chance even having to speak to her. It's been an absolute nightmare for a simple fix. I have had to fight constantly. I don't want free service. I don't want anything. Just my car to be fixed. I don't know how she's been allowed to go on this long. The call in question happened 6/10/26 at 8:19am if anyone at Ford cares to take a listen.
