Pine Country Window Cleaning just left! My windows are sparking! They are VERY careful with your possessions and only move what's necessary. They explain if you have broken window seals and what likely caused it. Mine weren't but I did have hard water stains that could mimic broken seals. They know their business! The lead person on my job has been with the company nine years! Impressive! I asked him how he could manipulate the squeegee to go into corners and around clean areas. There's just something about sparkling clean windows. The sun shines brighter, the skies are bluer, even the birds chirp louder! We have a second home in northern AZ and one of the first things I do every summer when we come up is call Pine Country to come out and wash away the winter grime. They have always been consistent: keep in contact, arrive on time, and every crew member is professional and courteous. We have some scary high windows that we could never reach. I don't know what's in their formula but the windows are spotless and streak free. They should bottle it. Added bonus: they can also reach our gutters and now the husband doesn't have to climb ladders to clean them! Summer doesn't officially start until Pine Country visits! read more

Wow! What a great job Pine Country did yesterday ! We have a 2-story cabin and some of our windows that my husband couldn't reach have never been done. Jacob was responsive, showed up on time for the initial appointment. After a quick evaluation, he suggested other items that hadn't occurred to me such as adding the ridge vents to improve attic ventilation and cutting back the siding where it was touching the shingles, something that should have been done when the house was built! Jacob quickly got back to us with what turned out to be the best quote. I greatly appreciated that Jacob happily dropped off the new fascia boards the day before the job started so I could prime and paint them before installation. This saved me a lot of high ladder work to paint them after the fact! Jacob and his crew showed up on time the day the job started and immediately got to work. The crew was courteous, efficient, and very professional. They are clearly a well-oiled team and we were amazed that they were able to finish the entire job in only two days, even with a rain delay! We did a full re-shingle plus all new sheathing, replacement of some rafters, some roof venting, and full gutter installation. A big job! When Jacob came to provide us an estimate, we were pleased with his competency and with the materials they planned to use. Their quote/rate was competitive and they were able to start right away. Unfortunately, we started the job right before the start of one of Flagstaff's wettest winters ever, but the crew worked really hard to get the roof buttoned up before the first storm, even working into twilight before the first flakes fell. They had to return multiple times to finish the job because it was so large and they had very limited weather windows between storms. Even though I'm sure it was annoying to return so many times, they didn't skimp - they came back as many times as it took and did quality work each time. They even applied extra attention to detail like re-painting our roof fixtures to match the new shingles without being asked. The crew was respectful and friendly. When they were done, they left our property completely clean - zero mess, zero nails on the ground. After the job was done and we'd paid in full, we discovered an issue with the gutter installation in one area. We contacted them and they arrived promptly to fix the issue. While they were here fixing it, they also installed a heat strip on one ice-dam-prone area of the roof for free because they'd happened to have the one strip left over from another job. Tiffany was indispensable as she was super accommodating in helping me to find what I was looking for. I asked if she could get me a sample of a particular color/style of tile (which came in 2 additional styles unbeknownst to me). She had the foresight to order a sample of all 3 styles which I was very impressed by & grateful for. FWF goes out of its way to help; I did not feel at all like a burden b/c I'm not a contractor (which I have distinctly felt at other home improvement locations). Thanks FWF!!
