Her office is warm and welcoming and the team there is so friendly and nice. Making an appointment is easy and convenient and they are great at reminders. I went in for my 6 month cleaning over my lunch break. They are quick, efficient, thorough and precise. When I was younger I had some dental work done, after consulting with Dr Wilson we came up with a plan and I scheduled my appointment for 1 week later (they could have gotten me in sooner but with my work schedule 1 week was my timeline). I have slight anxiety over dental work due to my childhood experiences, so I was a little nervous. Dr Wilson and her team got me settled in and took great care of me. She did such a great job at numbing me-I didn't even feel the shots for numbing. She was meticulous and precise and the results were amazing! Me who was only there to help support a friend on trying to find a specific issue of a comic was trying to be friendly and make small talk with the employee and explain to them that I was considering on grabbing One Piece cards since I am over 1000 episodes into the show. Immediately I was asked "are you going to play the game or are you only collecting them for pretty cards?" Then proceeding to be told that they advised me to not buy any since I wanted to collect them and didn't care to play the game. These type of people are ruining the collector community and driving people (like me) who aren't interested in scalping and actually want to get into a new hobby away from it. I will say there was another gentleman who actually went out of his way to help my buddy look for the comic book he was looking for and was extremely helpful! They immediately offered to call the other location to check if they had the first 3 books in stock. Once they confirmed the other location had them they arraigned to ship to this location and added my name to a file so that when any of the newer comics in that series come out they will them aside for me. Overall outstanding customer service! They were super helpful and polite.
