Briar was upfront about the process and estimated the job would take three days. They finished right on schedule without sacrificing quality. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect. They cleaned up after themselves, communicated well throughout the project, and made sure we understood everything that was being done. Rewiring an older home is a major project, but TNT Electric made the entire process far less stressful than we expected. The workmanship was excellent, everyone was professional and courteous, and it's obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend Briar and TNT Electric to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrical contractor. We couldn't be happier with the results

**Yelp Review for TNT Electric**…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with TNT Electric! They truly deserve a five-star rating. From the start, their timeliness was impressive, especially since we were working on a tight schedule. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating different phases of work happening throughout our home, which made the process so much easier. The professionalism of the team was evident as they thoroughly understood the scope of the project. They communicated updates clearly and helped us as homeowners navigate the process, making everything feel manageable. Their work ranged from installing basic light switches to removing kitchen lighting boxes, and they did an outstanding job providing a smooth ceiling finish for the new recessed lights. Additionally, they expertly installed ceiling fans and external motion-sensor lights, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of our home. Overall, TNT Electric made this experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs!

The downstairs restroom outlets at a property we own suddenly stopped working…read more The bathrooms themselves don't have GFCI outlets, but we tried resetting all the GFCIs we could find in the house with no luck. That's when I started calling around for help. Most places I called were quick to ask what was wrong and immediately quote me a fee just to come out. I was considering one of them until I spoke with Meigs. He was awesome. He told me he offers free quotes over the phone, but he didn't just give me a quote. He actually tried to help me troubleshoot the issue right then and there. He spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me, calmly walking me through step-by-step instructions. He suggested there might be another GFCI hidden somewhere else in the house or even in the garage. The garage hadn't even crossed my mind, but it made sense since the restrooms are closer to that side of the house. Since we don't live at the property, I wasn't there at the time to test it. I told him we'd try it when we were back there later in the week. I must've sounded a little flustered because he kindly said, "When you get there, call me if you need me," offering to walk me through everything again if necessary. Sure enough, when we checked the garage, there it was, a GFCI outlet we hadn't noticed before. We reset it, and everything worked like a charm. There was power again in the restrooms downstairs. Thanks to Meigs, he saved me at least $350 of the visit and solved the issue in 10 minutes over the phone. He absolutely could've skipped the troubleshooting and charged the service fee, but he chose to help instead, and that says a lot about his integrity. Highly recommend. Thank you, Meigs!

Meigs and his team are the friendly and fair professionals you dream of working with when you have an electrical issue that's beyond your knowledge to repair. Meigs was able to come out fast, diagnosed and fixed our issues (multiple circuits down) in around an hour, and charged us a very fair price for his knowledge and expertise. We can't recommend him and his team enough, Thank you Meigs!

Called the company to do a repair and they were not really excited to come up from Fresno to replace the switch. At least that was the vibe I got from the woman who I spoke with. Right away I was not happy with their customer service. I checked Yelp and saw Cosmic Comfort installed whole house fans. I called and the woman who assisted me was upbeat and positive that they could fix my problem. I scheduled an appointment and Adam came out. Nice kid. Climbed in the attic and confirmed that the unit was good and needed a new switch. I decided to get a hard-wired switch and an appointment was scheduled. One thing I really liked was the communication through text messages. They also send you a photo of the technician that is responding to your house. I appreciated that and it makes good business sense. Issac and Freddie came out a few days later and completed the project. They were professional and the installation looked good. Isaac tested the switch and showed me how to use it. He had a tablet and processed my credit card through it. Easy peasy. Let's face it, electrical work is not cheap, but I felt it was a reasonable price especially considering my wife would stop reminding me that we needed to get it fixed before summer! I was happy with the whole process.

Message Response time: 5/5 Communication: 5/5…read morePunctuality: 4/5 Value: 1/5 I wanted a receptacle put in my bathroom. They were extremely prompt with communication and setting up a time. The tech who came to do the quote was supposed to be at my house between two and four. The company texted me at 3:30 to tell me he was running late; by the time he got to my house it was 4 PM. He was a very pleasant young man. Definitely respectful of the property, but in having him give me a quote, the methods at which they said they were gonna get power was just weird. They wanted to go through my fire extinguisher in my hallway instead of using the electrical receptacles that were already in my walk-in closet. It was quite odd to be honest. And then on top of that, the quote they gave me with asinine. Over $800 to put in one receptacle? This wasn't a complicated case. When he saw me balking at the price, he said well, we also do heating and cooling so if you want to sign up for $299 a year, we can give you 15% off the receptacle. I almost laughed. How ridiculous was that - trying to upsell me even more? Not only that, but according to this boy, they would probably have to cut through my drywall and have a patch job. I didn't realize it was a full company; otherwise, I would have not even contacted them. They were great at following up for the business, but not at the price at which they were quoting me. I found a contracted, licensed electrician who did it for me quickly and for less than half of what they were quoting me, and did impeccable work.
