Jason told me everything he doesn't do and how he doesn't want to get "sued". That his "journerymen" DONT "do attics" and he needs to send an "apprentice" and blah blah blah....just provide customer service buddy, how about that!? And he ends it with a, "I'm done, just pay the bill", was his final words before hanging up - like he's talking to his wife or kids or employees. So rude and unprofessional. We are sorry he doesn't like to deal with peasantry homes and small jobs - he shouldn't have taken the job if that was the case - that would have saved us both the hassle.
