I had him schedule the installation and it was completed on Thursday by his crew. The job was a custom job and his crew did an impeccable job. After the installation Justin came by to make sure I knew how to use the equipment and that it worked properly. His bid was better than two other companies and he is a local company. Not only that, this specific AC specialist refused to return my calls for help. It was miserably hot and I was desperate. Thankfully Justin promptly returned my call and in a short notice arrived and the actual issue with my unit( wiring )was resolved. Unfortunately for him, on this particularly day, it required several trips in my attic, but Justin went above and beyond, even changing the fuse 3 times to figure where the problem originated. After buying a replacement bulb (which is getting harder to find as they are "outlawed" now by the folks in Sacramento) I learned that it was not the bulb as the flashing continued. I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to LED rather than chase a second ballast. This was about a 10x difference out of pocket but as I just got paid by a couple of side jobs, we could afford it. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Evan's Handyman Co. Everything from there until completion went as well as I could have asked for. A professional of theirs stopped by, gave me a firm bid, we scheduled time, they called when an earlier slot opened up, and the work was done by 7 minutes after the original start time.
