The woman at the register seemed frazzled because they were pretty busy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We opted to sit outside because of the nice weather. There are a few tables in front and there's a bigger patio in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are also a few tables inside, but with the line at the register, it felt a little tight to sit inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a huge array of goodies - baked goods, pastas, sauces, pickled veggies, wine. Our panini were brought out to us - we both ordered the Calabrian panini, but they came out very different. Mine was on the spicy side, which I like and was expected for the ingredients of the sandwich; however, my husband's was piled high with mostly prosciutto?? Kind of weird, but it was still good. We could see the sandwich prep area, so I'm not sure what happened. We also got the white wine flight, which I think they forgot about. We were almost done with our panini when the wine came out. I can't believe I've been coming up to Pine for a couple years now and never tried this lace before. I love wine and was looking to support local while up this way for the weekend. I ended up doing their white wine flight and then purchasing a bottle of Lone Birch and a slice of their cheesecake because it looked irresistible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This shop is so cozy and has a great selection of wine, snacks, and hot fresh food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a few spots to sit inside (where I stayed and read) as well as a nice outdoor deck with extra seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff were very warm and welcoming, and remained attentive throughout the flight tasting. Fabulous grab and go meals, locally made yummy desserts, a nice selection of charcuterie items, etc. and a selection of great and some unusual wines. Every time we're up for the weekend we grab a couple of meals and killer lemon bars. The ladies at the front are what truly makes this place a hidden gem. They are always so kind, patient and willing to help with whatever you need. Been here a few times since opening. Love the vibe and love the wine selection. Been a couple times when the ovens going with the calzones but went on Saturday and met new employee Kitty which was awesome with her being raised in Napa. We have been there a few times now and always wonderful. The cubana, meatball sub, and spicy Italian beef (special) all amazing. We also love their new bottle shop wines and beers. It's like I've known them for years! Excellent service, super friendly, and quick (even when understaffed). They were patient and informative and answered our questions about the menu, the food was quick, delicious, and filling. I had the Cuban, and will definitely be working my way through the hot Sammies! The pickle was amazing, the key lime pie is a must, and we grabbed a bottle of Malbec to bring home. My husband and I came in here by chance after mispurchasing some horrible alcohol in Phoenix; not wanting to ruin our good times or vacation, we set out in search of some wine. We happily stumbled upon Pine Provisions and were so impressed with our experience. They had a wonderful selection of wines and beers and some snacks as well. We were greeted by Kitty who was a excellent conversationalist and we sampled some local wines from Cove Mesa (2 of which we ended up getting). The ambiance of this small store is a pleasure and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Pine. We grabbed some cake for the road, but will certainly be back in the future for more treats and a great hang. read more

Place looks great but every time I stop in I wait 30 minutes for a sandwich and every time they get the hot one done first and it sits there and gets cold waiting for the rest of my order. Meats are good but it seems like it's missing some kind of condiments on the bread. I have to remove the bun every time to get it down. read more

Very cute place! It's off the main road, so kinda hard to find at first. We had already eaten lunch but the menu looked great. There was also a nice selection of grab and go items, nice wine selection and several other things to shop around for. I got a couple bottles of wine and a piece of the lemon blueberry marscapone cake. Wow!! So so so good! read more

Was visiting some friends in Strawberry and needed a little lunch after our drive from the Valley. Stopped here and immediately loved everything they had to offer. We got some delicious paninis and did a white wine tasting. This used to be the Pine Deli, which was sold a few years ago, it is rarely open, only on The weekends now. I went in to see what they offered. They have redone the interior, and it is very trendy. In the center of the space they have a free standing display which takes up quite a bit of room. With four people and a large bulldog, it was very difficult to move around. Tons and tons of wine and beers. The cooler was full of beer. I did not see any non-alcoholic beverages. On the display they had lots of Italian pasta, tomatoes and olive oil. I did not see any food except in another small cooler, some antipasto trays. They had very small portions of cheese, grapes, and salami. I did not see any "food" options, but it was hard to see much since you can barely move inside, I would not go back. It was pricey and obviously catered to people who drink alcohol. What a disappointment if you are looking for wine, and it is the weekend, they have lots of it! read more

So tasty! We came here twice for lunch during our four-day trip to Pine and we will definitely return on our next trip. Sandwiches are made fresh and you can really taste the quality of ingredients--meats, bread, veggies--all delicious! We tried the Chicago style beef sandwich as well as the Turkey Club. Especially loved the pea salad and potato/bacon salad from the deli counter. We also indulged in the cheesecake and the lemon-blueberry mascarpone cake--still daydreaming about these. Im a local who went to this deli at least 2 times a week . First time visiting since change of ownership. Ordered a pastrami and cheese on rye with mustard. Got home and it was a pathetic Rueben. Took it back , owner was snotty and rude. Brought the sandwich home and again it was Rueben. There was only 2 slices of meat on both. The bread was soggy too. We won't be back. Doubt if this place survives the winter if this is how he treats residents. read more
