That's all. Just Thursday. Despite today's Thursday drizzle, we did just that and spent an hour or so wandering around the grounds, chatting with the vendors, enjoying the live music, and everything else you do at a Farmer's Market. It's a good-sized market with plenty of space in its aisles and between booths. We saw a big choice of fruit and vegetable stands, meat, dairy, poultry and seafood vendors, plenty of food vendors, and even a few adult beverage booths. The Parlor pizza and Nit Noi Asian food stations were among the busiest vendors. We stopped at Nit Noi and picked up a frozen bag of shrimp dumplings ($16) and a jar of soy chili oil ($5). PRO TIP The Market is located pretty close to the Saugatuck River, and if you explore the grounds you'll find a footbridge that crosses the river and a walking path that follows the river, So if you gorge yourself on Farmer's Market pizza and ice cream, you can walk it off to some degree.

I never thought of a pickle booth But that was an interesting plus. I bought the mixed Berry pie from one booth as well as some garlic sourdough Bread and pesto sauce from another. The garlic sourdough was so good! It had some pieces of garlic in it which I loved! The Bread loaf was $6 and I lasted me for more than a week of sandwiches. It runs every saturday from 9-3pm! Their brown shed I imagine normally stocks more items but we arrived late in the day so there wasn't as much available to choose from which isn't a surprise. I wasn't that disappointed because I mainly came for the gorgeous wildflower bouquet. My husband and I bought a small bag of mixed potato varieties and a carton of mixed cherry tomatoes. Payment is based on an honor system. I paid using their QR code on a sign posted next to their door. The payment is processed via Square. We saw in the shed: caps, potatoes, herbs, vegetables, and floral bouquets. The shed is kept cold via an AC. Highly recommended and I suggest arriving earlier in the day.
