The front desk is super friendly and professional. The massage started right on time, and Fumi greeted me and went over what I was looking for. She is SO knowledgeable and intuitive. She focused on getting all the muscles supported so they would relax on their own, and I felt like I had taken muscle relaxers afterward--just flowing good feelings. A lot of massages don't adequately focus on the neck even if you ask for it, and I appreciate both that Asana offers the service and the gentle but efficient way Fumi worked on it.
