I am ill and just yesterday (Sept 8th) I found you declined my payment. I have called multiple representatives. I was told that if I went to express renewal as they directed it would not accept my information. It would not allow me to choose my county. I have tried several times after speaking w at least 2 representatives. I would like to know why the money was taken only to send it back. There was no reason I know of. There was plenty of money in your account. Your people don't even know what the regi card you sent states as to payment within dates mentioned earlier. Your express pay will not recognize my info. I provided more than it even asked for. Name, DOB, SS #, Tag information and it refuses to recognize me. I have spent more than an hour on this. I called as soon as I was able. I was out of town and not accessing my bank account during that time. Your initial representative was poorly educated and the supervisor told me to go to express, and I did as noted above. I am now in a position where I cannot legally drive without a registration. I had provided my insurance coverage was current. Now I am without legal ability to drive my car. I only use it generally to pick up groceries. I am prohibited from doing that. This is a big mess and I want you to be aware. I would also like to know why my check which was sent electronically was declined leaving me in a position of not being to use my car as I noted above. Each time I call, I seem to receive a different answer to the same question. In addition, several phone representatives have been rude and condescending during these interactions. When I previously asked an employee at the local office about these inconsistencies, I was informed that the phone representatives are located off-site and was advised to visit the Drew Street office in person for accurate assistance. As a disabled individual, traveling to the office is not always feasible. On May 14, 2026, I contacted the Clearwater office and spoke with Mrs. Steins. During the call, she repeatedly interrupted me, spoke in a dismissive manner, and implied that I was being dishonest regarding prior contact with the office. Specifically, when I referenced a previous visit to the Drew Street office on December 8, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., she responded, "That's funny because it's not documented." I did, in fact, visit the Drew Street office on December 8, 2025. The in-person staff at that location have consistently treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I strongly encourage Social Security to review and audit phone interactions for professionalism and consistency in the information being provided. The call in question occurred on May 14, 2026, at approximately 3:32 p.m.

Your welcome :) And if you already got a ticket, you don't have to go to City Hall to pay it, you can pay your parking tickets online. You can also pay your pinellas county utilities & taxes online! Yay! :)) Sir Hubbers & I just bought real estate here, our 3rd Home/winter residence. When we got our utilities all set up they made a clerical mistake somehow, wrote down the wrong email address then, cut the power off! They quickly fixed the issue, came to our home & turned the power back on. The garbage service is a serious mess. A complete nightmare. It's been months since the Hurricane & garbage is still everywhere. So much rubbish, the entire contents of peoples homes still on the streets. The damage was catastrophic. The city just can not handle the waste disposal. Have to build on stilts now. The new ordnance's for re-building in the flood zones are all listed online. He didn't make any attempt to get out and said "no authorized recipient available", when I was sitting right in the front room. He didn't ring the bell, he didn't knock on the door, and he didn't even get out of the vehicle. This is pure laziness and incompetence. I will use all my resources to have this individual removed from working for the USPS. Usually tampering with US Mail is a federal offense. I feel this individual needs to be punished severely. The USPS has already misplaced the letter as I was supposed to receive it 3 days ago. I have been back and forth on the phone with the local Safety Harbor Post Office and the General USPS Customer Service Line for the past 3 days. I still have not received the letter. Whoever this individual is, I would really like to know. I will eventually report him to the 'United States Postal Inspection Service". I have lost complete trust in the USPS!
