From the very beginning of our KinderCare experience, this center has been nothing short of amazing for our baby. In this day and age, it's unfortunately not possible for most families to live comfortably off of one income, and so we began our daycare search process shortly after our baby was born. From our first visit and tour, we knew this center would be ideal for us. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, answered all of our questions, and helped ease my nerves as a new mom. We were confident our baby would be in the best hands when maternity leave was over. Since day 1 of when our baby began attending, we have always felt very secure in our choice. The communication and photo updates via the app are great and let us know our baby is having a great day. The staff has since become like a second family for us and it's clear our baby enjoys coming and spending the day with his favorite teachers. He has benefited so much from being in a learning environment focused on individual development and it has been so wonderful to see him thriving here. Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? KinderCare is hands down the most incredible daycare I've ever had the pleasure of sending my little ones to! From the moment we signed up 4 years ago, we knew we had found something truly special. The staff members are an absolute dream team - they're kind, compassionate and so patient towards every single child in their care. My little ones absolutely adore them! And as a parent, it's such a relief to know that my kids are in the best possible hands when I drop them off in the morning. The facilities are great, they are bright, cheerful, and impeccably clean. The toys, books, and activities are all selected to provide maximum fun and learning for the kiddos. They have a Thursday music class that my son partakes in that he absolutely LOVES! They also have Friday show and share that has helped my little guy learn to speak confidently in front of a group of his peers. But what really makes KinderCare so special is the way they make every family feel like part of the community. The staff members are always available to chat and provide updates on how my little ones are doing, and they go out of their way to organize fun events and activities that bring everyone together. Words cannot express the love and gratitude I have for Pinewood Drive KinderCare and the amazing staff there! I currently have my three daughters enrolled there and they are a godsend. From day one, when i went into check the place and sign my daughters up, Jen (the director), Dawn, & Brittany (assistant directors) were so sweet and answered all my questions and concerns and guided me every step of the way. you can tell when someone really loves their job when they have such passion talking about their position and role they play. They have made my daughters feel so comfortable, safe, loved for, and taken care of like they were their own kids. And the staff, don't get me started on such loving, hard working, sweet people they are. It's like keeping your kids with family. My daughters walk in and hug and kiss all the directors and teachers and became so fond of all the teachers and their peers. They have made such an impact in my daughters' lives, my daughters wake up asking for their Ms. JennJenn, Ms. Cara, Ms. Linda, Ms. Karen, Ms. Barb, Ms. Jill and jump out of joy on the way to the daycare. I can honestly, honestly, honestly say whole heartedly they have become my family. I consider Jen, Dawn, and Brittany sisters and created such an unbreakable bond with all the teachers. People are placed in your life for a reason, and I am beyond blessed to have found Pinewood Drive KinderCare and the beautiful people that work there. I can go to work and not worry about my daughters; well being and if they're being taken care of. I know this review might sound cheesy, but it's very hard to find a reliable, consistent childcare let alone a daycare that'll take care of your kids and creating a positive environment for that child to flourish and grow and learn and be happy and have a staff that love what they do. I can't say enough good things about this center. You walk in and it's so cheerful, everyone says hello, and you get a real sense of family feeling. My son was in Boobie Noonan's for a month, before I pulled him out, and it was the best thing I could've ever done. The teachers are amazing!! You get pictures throughout the day, and constant updates. Always fun activities, and a great menu of healthy food. My son LOVES the basket of fresh fruit they put by door as you exit for kids that want a treat for the ride home. read more

We moved from out of state and I was beyond skeptical about placing my preschooler(at the time) in a new , unfamiliar facility. I found this location and they exceeded my expectations. My son instantly adapted and fell in love with his caregivers. I've been able to comfortably commute to work daily knowing that he's in amazing hands and I couldn't be more grateful for them. So if you're thinking about it , don't think too long , do it ! Kindercare has been amazing for our family. They have so much heart and a caring mindset. It's wonderful seeing our kids get excited about going to daycare. The teachers make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the experience KinderCare has given my 2 year old daughter. Since day one both Directors Jen and Dawn have made us feel welcomed and part of the KinderCare community. They both have been compassionate, attentive, responsive, and have shown a genuine interest in my daughter. They are always accessible and willing to support you in anyway they can, which is nice for a first time parent! I also cannot thank Ms. Elaina and Ms. Brittany enough for the positive impact they've had on my daughter. Since enrolling her into KinderCare 4 months ago, I have seen her speech, social skills, and confidence blossom which were all affected by the pandemic. Due to the fun, loving, creative, and supportive environment both teachers continue to provide, my daughter is now excited and eager to go to school every morning!
