I purchased a 25 Ranger Raptor from pierre ford in lake city wa. At 160 miles it through a check engine light. As I live in Ronald WA I wanted to have the ford dealer in Ellensburg do the work. They gave me attitude because I didn't purchase the truck from them. I called price/Pingrey ford in Selah and they got me in the same day I called. I drove my 2012 focus in to service dept. The "certified Tech" diagnosed and quoted a repair for 3400.00 now they have my car apart and say its 9,000.00 repair. They say they mis diagnosed it. They said if I dont want to do the repair its 1800.00 to put it back together and no gaurantee it will run. I drove it in there! Im waiting for a response from Ford headquarters. Had my "04 F250 Diesel in for a oil change and fuel filter. The last oil change I had done there it was Pingrey Ford and it was in the 350.00 range Now it's Price Ford and picked it up it was 662.00. Quit a difference, even with the fuel filter and the cap was froze on so they had to replace it. So I called two other resources and the said about the 400.00 range to do the same work. So I went down to Price and was told oops I double charged you for labor and was given 112.00 back on the card, that didn't equal half but oh well learned my lesson. I would NOT recommend them since they went to Price Ford. Thus the 1 star rating. read more

They had my truck for over a year. Paid $7700 for a new twin turbo pack. It blew up twice. Caused catastrophic engine damage. Didn't trust them so paid $2300 to have the truck towed to my new home town in Texas. Engine was catastrophically damaged costing me over $23000 They couldn't even diagnose the correct cylinder that the turbo pack caused to go out. SMH. Lousy, lousy workmanship. read more

Requested an appointment over a month ago for some recalls on my Explorer. Called the day before to confirm (since I never got a call) and was told that the online appointment system doesn't work. Nice!!! So they took my information and ordered the parts for one of the 3 recalls. Now another 2 weeks later and parts still aren't in, and I could not get an answer of when they would be in. Told I would be called when they arrive. My car has been sitting for over a month now, not safe to drive. In conclusion, poor customer service and lack of communication has really frustrated my experience with this dealership. I know that customers can be serviced better than this, I've seen remarkable changes at other dealerships, I challenge Pingrey to do the same. read more

Had them do my 2007 Ford 5.4 Timing Job. Everything works great and they did a fantastic Job. I'm very pleased with this shop. I'm a mechanic by trade and have way to many projects going on.. These guys get the job done and do it right...The service department is leaps and bounds above other dealership shops I have dealt with. You can rest assured they will treat you right. Their service department is one I know I can trust, many times I've taken a vehicle in for a problem and they've found some minor fix, and done it for free. My '92 Explorer had a recall for a head gasket FAR outside warranty coverage. They offered to repay owners who had already paid for the service. The office gals really helped me out by digging up all the documentation I needed. My only regret is that I now live 200 miles away from a dealer I knew I could trust. read more
