Other garages seem to work on the theory that they will get your car, when they get to it. That wasn't my experience at all with Papa's garage.

They had no parking available so I parked on the side of what I thought was the front out of the way. Brought my parts over to the overhead doors for them to tell me to go around. They had no disabled parking spots since I'm a combat vet and can't walk far carrying heavy items I need to park as close as possible. So I drove to the other side parked in another non existent parking spot as they are alll full. Again all parking spots are fullll!! Bachrodt is the exception it is worth the drive I received excellent honest care for a transmission replacment, bearing work, brake job and aligment. I went to Bachrodt after my local GMC dealer was constantly rude and acting like they were doing me a favor. Then a Tuffy shop said I needed $900.00 worth of work that I didn't., which Bacrhrodt proved was not necessary../. Yes I am rating these guys high and continuing to drive there from Naperville...Plus they are courteous...
