So my vehicle broke down on me 10 days ago. It needed a tow so I decided to have it taken to Tuffys…read moresince I live in the area. This was Monday night. After talking to Tuffys on the phone I was assured they would get right on it the next day. Well I live near the shop so I drive by daily and my vehicle did not move one inch from that spot for 10 days until I had it towed to a different shop. The kicker is Tuffys got an attitude about me taking it...they actually said they were about to roll it into the shop just when the tow truck pulled up! What a coincidence. Anyway they charged me $55 before I could take my car. Mind you they didn't even look at it. It just sat there for 10 days. Needless to say I'm done with Tuffys!

I went in to get my oil changed, and they immediately came back to tell me my back shocks were bad…read more I knew my vehicle wasn't feeling up to par, and thought they were going, so I had them change them out. Then they came back and said I had an oil leak and that they would put some dye in the oil and for me to come back so they can see where it was. I went home and looked on my garage floor for oil, and there was nothing. I took it to get a second opinion, and LOW and behold, NO LEAK. I feel they ripped me off of the shocks, but 1 I can't prove it, and 2 I knew the shocks were getting old(I have a 2007 vehicle). I will never take my vehicle in there again, they took a woman as a sucker, and I bit.
