Customer service was horrible. I needed a bearing pressed on to an axle shaft and they didn't understand so I went to bring the parts in which are heavy. They had no parking available so I parked on the side of what I thought was the front out of the way. Brought my parts over to the overhead doors for them to tell me to go around. They had no disabled parking spots since I'm a combat vet and can't walk far carrying heavy items I need to park as close as possible. So I drove to the other side parked in another non existent parking spot as they are alll full. Again all parking spots are fullll!! I limped with the parts in both hands to the door to get stopped by an employee. "You can't park there." I told him I had no where else to park and can't walk far . Was then told "well you're walking right now ". I told him there was no parking and that I was disabled . which he replied --so? So I just said I'll go elsewhere. read more

Avoid this place!!!! I went in to get a simple oil change, the door to go in is around the back of the shop. I pulled in a spot on the far side grass where there were at least 5 other cars parked and went in and asked about an oil change. The clown behind the counter told me I cant park on the grass even though there were no other places to pull into to go in. I was like ok sorry about that, I didn't see any place to park by door and he replied there are spots around the side of building....the spots he referred to were a good walk around to the door to go in. So I was standing there and he finally said you need to move your car now, so I replied so do you want me to pull up to a door and he said no move your car then come back in and I will tell you what to do.....That was all I needed to hear and left. Worst professionalism I have ever encountered. I will never go there again. If there were a negative rating that's what they would have gotten. Learn to be professional next time and yo might get more return customers buddy. read more

I had my brakes repaired and got an efficient and reasonable estimate. The work was done the same day I brought it in, which happened to be a Saturday. Great with communication, pricing and work!! I would highly recommend! read more

This is a company with no integrity or respect for humankind. My sister ran out of because her gas gauge is broken. She pulled in and they basically told her she was taking up two car spaces. She explained that she ran out of gas and the guy told her we don't sell gas here and you're taking up two car spaces.They didn't offer any help or even a warm seat inside. read more

They have a high level of detail with any vehicle they work on, they do the job right the first time with a lot of knowledge and work as a team to make sure things are perfect. They will not rush a job due to flaws that can pop up as a welding flaw or improper bends. Normally when people have mufflers deleted, shops don't even take the time to really bend the pipe to make it look and fit like stock, the tips aren't centered or they stick out more than they did before. The welds are perfect. They worked on my $50,000 car and it looks like factory. I have never seen a shop so clean, the floors, walls office and even equipment. It makes you know they care about their tools so why wouldn't they do the same for you? The building outside looks like It was just built, they have high expectations and live up to it. I am 61 years old and drive a 12 year old car. Almost every year I have to have some mechanical maintenance done on my car. I have been coming to Xpert auto for over a year for oil changes and repairs. They are honest and have more than fair rates especially compare to my old mechanic. We can I start , I tend not to write review on most places , but this auto shop just blew me away ! My first experience with " Xpert Complete Auto Care" was in 2018 when i owned a BMW X6 hybrid that needed an oil change , my first impression as i drove pass was how new the place looked . As i peeked inside i notice all the equipment was relatively new but was most shocking and amazing was how extremely clean the place was , didnt think an auto shop could be that clean ever lol . They had a very nice waiting area . As they were finishing up the oil change i mention how this battery Voltage light would come on here and there and how at O'reilys they could figure it out why . Well they had one of there techs check it out and was able to find out that portion of the battery needed some work and since its bmw hybrid battery i had to take it to BMW service center , they literally told me that if i would have waited longer a 1500 job was going to turn into a 5,000+ job! they literally saved me so much money and knew there stuff. i started talking my mom,dad, and sisters vehicles there . Never had a bad experience , always fast , clean job, friendly and the price is fair .The real reason why i also wrote a review now ;last weekend again they did there magic ! i went in for an oil change and brakes on my BMW 328i Convertible and mention how i was starting to feel the bumps real bad , they took a look and SHOWED me how wore down my shocks were . They closed early that day but started on the job and ended up staying and extra hour + to get me back on the road that same day !!!! There super hard working, humble , knowledgeable , and good hearted people . If your looking for a job to get done and dont get scammed , this is the place . read more
