I m so upset, i usually don't leave a review ever even if I have a bad service sometimes but this time I just can't turn blind eyes . They literally did the worse nails service I ever had in my life , and they tried to scam me with their prices at the beginning they give Me a cheap price and at the beginning she charge me literally double of the main price. and more than that they were so rude including the manager of the nail salon. Just your regular neighborhood nail salon. I'm not a regular because of my busy schedule but we like to go as a family sometimes for pedicures and I straggle in from time to time to get my eyebrows done. I don't get anything special done so I can't attest to that but my eyebrows always come out looking great. I wish I could give one star! I have been told this is a terrible salon by several people, but I was taken for my birthday on Thursday. They were rough and unkind. I could go anywhere else (I would recommend Vans Nails across the street) and receive better service. To make it worse, my gel manicure was peeling by Saturday. They redid one nail but charged $5 for the other. 25% of the original price for one nail. If you want service to wipe your ass with and want a $20 gel manicure that lasts 2 days, Pink and White is the place for you! read more

I've been going to Pink and White for almost a year now. It's basically like the typical nail salon - average size, about 6 or 7 stations, 6 pedicure chairs, and a waxing area. The staff are very nice and friendly. I get gel nails done and Jenny and Elaine are the best for that. I've had a few other girls do the gel, and they don't seem to last as long as they should. I've had my eyebrows done a few times, and they do a pretty good job. It's a pretty popular place, which is generally a good sign. Even so, the most I've ever waited is 15 minutes. Generally I'm taken within 5 minutes. As with most nail salons, I wouldn't bother making an appointment. If someone gets there before you, they will still take that person. I've found this to be true in most nail salons I've gone to. I would recommend Pink and White. My only complaint is that they play lame movies and boring TV shows, haha. read more

As I'm getting my hands done & it's coming to an end i take a look & i ask for more length to my nails which is the entire point of an overlay! & after so much time wasted on my hands this was her final results. She tells me to go wash my hands so she can paint my nails. I once again explain that what i wanted was not Done properly. She got mad & brought the guy over & they ganged up on me. They continued to charge me for a full service when i didn't get what i asked for. & since the moment i walked in customers were complaining about service the entire time. One lady went in for a pedicure & as the worker if cutting her nails she stands up to service another client. The lady got extremely mad & left. Another girl asked & paid for gel they had her sitting drying her regular nail polish. Claiming she never said she wanted gel.. this is the most horrific place I've ever been i do not recommend what so ever! Their a reason why they have so many bad reviews!! I agree with what was said in another review about it being a typical nail salon. The staff seem friendly, and they make a mediocre attempt at making small talk. But I love that they didn't spend any time talking to each other in another language ( I have always thought that to be very rude, and was glad that it didn't occur). I got a pedicure this morning. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't that great. My feet barely soaked before she began the process. The person that did my pedicure did a great job with cleaning the actual toenails up. The polish job was pretty good also. But she failed to really exfoliate my feet. I feel like she just "went through the motions" of giving a pedicure, because it looked like she was doing an awesome job, but to be honest, I've done better at home. In addition to that, I think my pedicure was rushed because more people began to arrive as the morning progressed. Perhaps her focus shifted from actually doing a good job on my pedicure ( the whole process, not just the polish) to moving quickly in order to accomodate the pickup in business. I don't want to say the experience was terrible because it wasn't. The pedicure cost me $20 and I tipped a few dollars extra, but I don't think the tip was well earned. I just gave it out of general courtesy. The experience was very mediocre, but I didn't have high expectations upon arrival so honestly, I'm not that dissappointed. 2-3 stars out of 5. read more

The staff is super friendly and nice. I went in for a refill and pedicure. My nails all lifted in a few days and their top coat was horrible. They're really pushy for u to add on gel polish although on acrylic nails that looks horrible (add gel top coat instead) the pedicure was great, was only $20 and they even use hot stones to massage your feet. Stopped in for a quick polish change a few weeks back and was really unhappy with their work. I brought my own polish so I know it was good quality. The base and top coat they use must be really cheap because my color didn't even last a day! I had chips by the end of the night. Not to mention the polish was streaky and all over my fingers. This place is bad news. Every time a nail falls off, they charge you $3 for acrylic that should have been put on correctly the first time. And when there are a couple of extra people waiting to get done, the girls start working frantically because they seem to be afraid, terrified actually, of the boss, who watches every move they make. Recently, a dad came in with his teenage daughter and seemed unsure of what to get because of extensive price list. I offered to tell him, he said okay, and they settled on nail and toe package that cost $36. The dad left, and the girl sat next to me. The tech kept asking her, do you want this? She said yes, not realizing it cost more. When I intervened, the boss came running over pointing and shaking finger in my face, Mind Your Own Business. Been going here for awhile, noticed a lot of the techs are new and do horrible work. I always get a gel manicure. The lady I had last week took 10 minutes to do my manicure. This place was recommended by a coworker. Her nails and brows looked great so I tried it. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it's so worth the drive. There are salons that are closer to me, but I go here. You do have to be careful who does what. Some techs do great nails, some do great pedis and some do great brows, but I haven't found one person who does great on all. The prices are great and the techs are friendly. For the price of a regular pedi you get hot stone massage. I love that. read more

Worst pedicure ever. Lady scrubbed for maybe 15 seconds. I left with my heels still having dead skin on them. I told her I expected them to do a proper exfoliations and the manager said they couldn't go over 20 min. I could care less about the 30 second hot rock rub, I shouldn't have to go home and scrub my own feet after a pedicure. I've had many pedicures over the years and this is the first time I ever ran into this issue. Horrible. Do not go to this nail salon. Their colors are bad along with their service. Their employees rush too much and the gel OPI are not official and are fake. Fungus are growing on my nails. The regular colors aren't real either. The owner seems rather selfish and crazy and he rushes his employees too. The color gels on my nail are just one day cheap. Do not go there its terrible i only went there 2 times and today was the second time , the first time the lady was doing my nails i loved it but when i told her they were to long she caught an attitude then cut them to short so i asked her to do the nail over she took the piece that she cut off and glued it back together and i told her it was crooked after i told her she stayed talking about how it just needed to be filed no sis it doesn't! the second time , today ,i walked in hoping that it would be a better outcome but i see i lied to myself .... This was the worst experience of my life!!!!! I went it and I asked for a full set and pedicure. With my full set I wanted gel as I usually get.They didn't have the gel color I wanted which was in their gel color booklet but the man was able to find me something similar. He was also able to match my toes which was great. I did the pedicure first. Everything was going fine. I even called my friend so he could come and do his toes. Once my toes were finished it's where it got bad. The lady started putting on the tips and asked me how long u wanted it. I said not too long but not super short. She said it's 5 dollars more if it's not short and I'm like why she said we charge If u want it to be long. I was annoyed but u had already started so I said it's fine. As she proceeded she picked tips that were way to wide for my nails. When I expressed my concern she said she will file it down. As she continued she made me bleed twice and still never fixed the width. I was so annoyed I said I no longer want gel color I just want regular color. The man in charge said he can't do that. I said I'm not happy with this color so I want another color he said he would have to charge me 3 dollars because I didn't want gel and he used up regular polish on my toes which was not gel but matched the color. I got even more annoyed at this point but I said whatever it's almost done. I picked a regular polish similar to my toes and the lady painted my hands. She put way too much too coat that I had to sit for 20 min to dry my nails. On top of that the nail shape is super wide and u even. And my nails are not even long. I paid 51 dollars and it was only regular full set and pedicure no gel. Usually that's what I paid for my normal full set with gel and any shape besides square and pedicure included with design. Worst salon ever never again will I go there or recommend anyone to go there. If your in the Mayfair area go to Laurels or golden nails anywhere but here!!! read more

DON'T GO HERE!! It's a waste of time and MONEY!! I came here 10/24/16, a Monday, to get a manicure and gel nail polish. The manicure wasn't done properly, and the gel nail polish started chipping two days later, that Wednesday. I was able to come back to get it fixed Thursday, 10/27/16, after work to encounter exactly what I expected, some Asian man not listening to me and the worst nail fix I've ever had to endure. By the way, 3 nails were chipped, 1 painted nail was lifting off, but all of them weren't polished properly is what I was trying to tell the guy but he wasn't listening. He only fixed the chipped ones. I'm done with Asian related salons. Never again will they take my money, and disrespect me as a paying customer. *edit* 10/31/16 my nails are still chipping and they been chipping ever since they called themselves fixing them. So I went back and asked if they can just remove the color and the guy said $5. I got a gel manicure and it didnt even last a day by the night I had chips on all my nails and the two nails that I got glitter gel polish on completely pealed off the second day!! Gel is suppose to last at least two weeks. I also got my eyebrows done there and they didnt even pluck the extra hairs that didnt come off with the wax!! All they did was wax them abs that was it. Lets face it. We all Love some pampering. This salon is just that. I pay top dollar when I am satisfied and tip well when people actual care about the work they provide. I've never left this salon unhappy and never had a nail disasters. I'm all about the spa pedicure with the hot rock massage. Actually going today for just that.
