My wife and I hired BreeAnn to help us plan our wedding and manage day-of coordination. She is impeccably organized, communicative (at all hours of the day), and ensured that our day went smoothly and each item was happening at the appropriate times. At the time we put down a deposit for our venue, we asked them who they'd recommend as a planner, and BreeAnn and PBE were the top of their list - they said that whenever BreeAnn was helping plan/run the event, they never had anything to worry about; and that rang just as true for us as well. At the time we first spoke with BreeAnn, we weren't sure just how much help we would need. As a result, she suggested that she bill on an hourly basis and gave us an estimate of how much time she'd ultimately end up spending, rather than us choosing one of her defined-amount packages. We weren't sure how much planning we would end up doing on our own, but knew we would definitely need her help for the day-of and the few weeks leading up to it. BreeAnn gave us some initial recommendations, but ultimately let us fly on our own. That said; she was always available if we had questions, or needed a quick moment of advice. As we got closer to our day, she worked with all of the vendors that we had chosen (even those that were outside her typical connections), and helped us put together a detailed timeline so that us, our wedding party, and our vendors all had a clear picture of where each was plugging in. She was also really good at thinking about the little details, once you get the large vendors booked. When all was said and done, she came in under her estimated hours, and we could not have been happier with the service that she provided. Included in our final invoice was a detailed breakdown of each interaction and the number of hours spent - there was never any question of how she was spending the time. She was a critical component of our wedding day, and I swear at times there were multiple clones of her running around; she seemed to be everywhere! Our wedding went off perfectly and BreeAnn is 100% the reason. Many people say their wedding coordinator saved them because of all the problems they solved during the wedding. We worked with BreeAnn for a year and a half as we had to push our wedding out a year due to COVID. Called and tried to set up an initial consultation so my fiancé and I could start putting a wedding budget together and get an idea of where to start, etc. Brianne did not answer the phone in a manner that made me think I had reached a business. When I did start talking to her, she refused to listen, have any sort of conversation, or even set an appointment. She wanted off the phone with me as soon as possible. We had a wonderful experience working with Pink Blossom for our wedding. We decided to book a day-of coordinator fairly late in the process, and BreeAnn (the main gal behind Pink Blossom) was actually a bridesmaid in her friend's wedding that day. So she arranged for her assistant Andrea to be our day of coordinator, but I worked with both of them for all the meetings and kept them both in the loop for all correspondence. Both of their personalities and organizational styles were just great. They rounded everyone up, kept them in line, helped furnish a schedule and take care of any details, put up with my husband's and my procrastination and last-minute changes, and kept things running incredibly smoothly on the big day. (Andrea even brought me flip-flops when she saw me kick off my foot-killing heels after a couple hours.) Worth every penny. BreeAnn and her assistant truly helped make our daughter's wedding last week, one of the best days of her and her new husband's life, as well as mine. For my older daughter's wedding 4 years ago we used the planner on site at the venue she had. It was okay but definitely left us with a lot of stressful issues the day of the wedding. I did not want that this time and knew that adding BreeAnn to the budget would probably be more important than many of the other $$$s that are spent on trying to make the day so special. I was right. I always thought wedding planners were more for those who are not organized at all or for those who want an over the top wedding. What I have come to realize is that they are for those who want a day that feels relaxed to all involved-bride, groom, family and friends. And that no matter how organized you are, you cannot be as organized as having BreeAnn and her fabulous assistant, helping you. I also have heard so many stories of planners who "take over" and interfere with the vision a bride/groom/parents may have for the wedding. I think this may be true of some planners, but definitely not of BreeAnn. She respected every opinion we had, and incorporated those desires in her plans. She did not veer off the plan in any way. She remembered every request and because of all her experience was able to recognize other areas those wishes would apply without even needing to consult with us. An example was that she knew we did not want a drunk fest, on her own she made sure all vendors knew they were not to drink and that the bartender was on top of any over drinking issues. Because my daughter and I like the hands on planning of figuring out vendors and decor we had BreeAnn do the 6 week planning and "day of". For us this worked well. She was still very helpful before the 6 week mark, of giving advice and even helped with information/contact help in figuring out the rehearsal dinner options. BreeAnn brings a calming, logical, and organized approach to the craziness of a wedding. She is a fantastic communicator with both vendors and the bride/mother of the bride. She can deal with difficult personalities, without adding more drama and in a non threatening way sets the tone that she is in charge the day of the wedding. It seems that no matter what there are those who do need a leader, or they will veer off track, possibly taking the tone of the day down with them. BreeAnn's presence and way about her does a lot to prevent this. Having the assurance that BreeAnn is not easily intimidated, sees issues before they get too big to handle, and has so much experience in what to watch for and prevent, gave me a peace that I truly didn't have to worry. Instead my daughter, myself, my husband and all those intimately involved in the wedding could relax and let her do her magic. Every vendor I spoke with, who knows BreeAnn, has had nothing but positive comments about her. My friend, who helped with certain aspects of the set up, commented that "All the weddings I have helped with, there is always a feeling of panic, disorganization. People are usually yelling at each other because they are so stressed trying to get everything done on time. I was blown away how organized and calm it was to set up. BreeAnn lent such a professional and well controlled feeling to it that it truly set the tone for everything and everyone." I also feel that the way to tell a good professional is who they surround themselves with. BreeAnn's assistant was such a hard worker. She obviously gives extra value to hiring BreeAnn because she quietly and proficiently allows there to truly be 2 people helping the day of the wedding. As I unpacked all the boxes the day after the wedding I was further impressed by how organized BreeAnn and her assistant were. Not a thing was missing. She and BreeAnn even thought to pack up the bride and grooms' place cards and little touches that in the fatigue and blur at the end of the night, would usually be tossed. They knew they would be meaningful to have. Every item borrowed and rented was well taken care of and nothing was damaged. Gifts and cards were carefully hidden away during the ceremony, again as well thought out precaution. In my opinion, if I had a 3rd wedding to plan, which happily I don't, I would put BreeAnn at the top of the budget priority. She will be recommended to anyone I know who wants their months of hard work to pay off in a day that comes together the way they envisioned it. read more

What can I say about BreeAnn? Gosh, it's so hard to sum up into words how amazing she is! From day one BreeAnn was organized, attentive, thoughtful, and productive! BreeAnn is amazing and fun to work with. She remains unphased no matter what happens during wedding planning/the day of and has a solution-oriented mindset. During the planning process she helped shape our scattered ideas into a concept that we loved and introduced us to vendors that would help fulfill that vision. While she is great during planning, the day of is where she really shines. No matter what went wrong, she found solutions and didn't let either of us (the bride and groom) know that there was an issue. When you first meet BreeAnn, owner of Pink Blossom Events, you realize that she's wickedly organized and on top of all things. She was the first and only wedding coordinator that responded to my cry for help over a year ago and I was immediately sold. She's very professional, she's well connected, and she's super smart. I'm super detailed and finicky about how things should look and feel and she worked with my idiosyncrasies without batting an eyelash. When the day of the wedding came, I forgot a few things. She got creative and fixed my blunders. One of those ideas was very popular with the guests and I heard remarks as to how clever it was. There is no way I could have thrown my wedding without her. Spectacularly flawless. After I proposed 13 months ago, I immediately started looking at wedding planners on Yelp. I contacted three. Of the two that got back to me, I was seriously impressed by how organized, professional, and prepared BreeAnn was at our initial meeting. My (now) wife and I had no idea what we wanted out of a wedding, just that it should be in September and that we had vague ideas involving our dogs. BreeAnn was reassuring, though, and put us at-ease immediately; we made a decision within a day and she got to work right away. If I recall correctly, she had started sending us venue recommendations before she'd even received our first payment! I don't think a single vendor she recommended was a miss. She had a different DJ in mind than those preferred by the venue we picked out - we're glad we met with him, because he was easily the second best vendor we hired. In fact, the only time we went "off menu" was for the bride's hair/makeup, and I think we regretted it. BreeAnn was very responsive, kept detailed notes of every interaction we had (both with her and with venues), and was also very flexible in working with our schedules. To echo other reviews, we heard from multiple vendors that they love to work with her, and I can understand why. We never even met with the florist - she had recommended one in Kirkland, which was a difficult trip for me. At that point I trusted her judgment enough to just let her handle it. Sure enough, the flowers were beautiful, delivery was handled without my involvement, just like everything else. On wedding day this weekend she was a godsend, completely on top of everything so that we could just bask in a perfectly executed ceremony and reception. Sure, there were (very minor) hiccups, but she dealt with them immediately and I was not only able to enjoy my wedding, I even had the chance to eat a full dinner! When the dessert bar ran out of our macarons before we had a chance to have one, she even tracked one down for us. Many family and friends were praising her involvement today. One standout story - right after the ceremony, one of my good buddies wanted to ask me a question about the cocktail hour. BreeAnn intercepted him, politely redirected him to the cocktail bar and said I wasn't to be bothered at that moment, and I was left none the wiser. He told me this over brunch today with an "I respect that!". I would highly recommend hiring BreeAnn for day-of coordination if you aren't thinking of doing a full planning package, but really, I'd highly recommend that as well.
