I stopped into Pink Cadillac Diner with my partner during a long travel day filled with traffic (week before Thanksgiving), and it ended up being such a fun and nostalgic break! The diner is decked out in 1950s décor with Elvis Presley touches, the menu pays tribute to the King and his favorite foods -bacon and peanut butter anyone? We ordered burgers, my partner got the Mac Attack, and it looked absolutely delicious, (mac and cheese on a burger) with sweet potato fries. I went with a regular hamburger and added the Pink Cadillac sauce on the side plus pickles. Highly recommend both additions! Service was friendly, and the food hit the spot without taking too long, which was perfect for us while on the road. Overall, a great little pit stop with yummy comfort food and a playful retro atmosphere including a jukebox and ice cream counter.

Fun ambiance, friendly diner service. This burger was good--prepared as ordered. My husband had a breakfast plate and said it was good as well. Simple diner food, nothing fancy

We had fun! I mean it's a pink diner...what's not to love?! Food was classic diner food, fried pickles were really good! We had the fried pickles and some pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream!

We arrived for breakfast and stood at the host stand forever before being acknowledged or seated. When we were seated it was in a dirty booth that had not been wiped. The server (Chloe) knew it had not been wiped because she cleaned the last of it while we were standing there. Luckily I have kids and brought wipes so I took care of it myself, I also wiped up the strands of stranger hair left behind in the booth seat. The atmosphere wasn't terrible, the place has potential and was relatively busy. The food was not great. No sausage in the biscuits and gravy, dry biscuit. Overcooked gristly sausage. Small portions. If you're on the road and starving, it's food. But do not expect anything spectacular.

Delicious. Quick. Clean. One of the best Buffalo chicken wraps I've ever had. I will be back!

I was already not in the mood for anymore drinking after spending a weekend in a major tournament in Lynchburg. Anyways, for a Saturday evening, this place was pretty packed both inside and outside. We both ended up getting a flight of beers each and every one was great. The food surprised me as my fish tacos was super fresh. The chips and queso was also great. Overall, a must see - especially for the view of the mountains if you decided to eat outdoors.

They just do them all very slowly or at least they did when I was there. We came here on a Monday evening, and it was somewhat busy but there were visible empty tables and a couple spots at the bar. We went to the bar and waited awhile before the bartender asked what we wanted. I didn't ask for a flight because he seemed too busy. Whatever I wanted they were out of, but I ended up with an Imperial 16-point IPA which was quite tasty. I also got some chicken nachos, but I had to go stand in line to order them. They were adequate but not worth the wait. The place was very disorganized. They had workers always standing by the hostess desk, but the bartender was overwhelmed. Seemed like they should have had more than one, after all it is a brewery. Would have loved to try more beer but we just left and went back into Lexington for another round at another place. I don't know maybe it was just a bad night.

I wanted to get the skirt steak and fries, but unfortunately that wasn't an option online. I opt'd for the burger, as did my boyfriend, both of our burgers came out with the wrong toppings. Oh well, we ate them and they were fine. Seems like a typical, frozen burger patty. The french fries were very greasy. We also sat outside here for a drink at one point. They have a very cute patio in the back of the restaurant. I got the Lex vegas, it was thick because of the puree. I didn't think about that, it wasn't as refreshing as I thought it would have been. I really didn't have too much interaction with the staff as we just ordered a drink and then online pickup but everyone seems nice and helpful.

What a pleasant surprise! Don't let the outside fool you (or the lack of decor inside, either)…read more There aren't a ton of dining options in the area, which is just fine because this place is all you need. Super friendly staff, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. I always worry when I see a varied menu. This one has typical Italian and American fare. Burgers, pizza, Italian entrees, hot dogs, salads, etc. It makes you wonder if any are done well. Surprise! They all are. The kid got a double cheeseburger, Hubby had a chicken "steak" sandwich, I had baked ziti and we took a pizza home for dinner later. Now that's varied. The kid's burger, while cooked with no pink, was super juicy and cheesy. It came with a ton of fries (he got his loaded). Hubby's sandwich was loaded with chicken - he was a big fan. The fries were cooked beautifully. My ziti came piping hot (it was still bubbling) and was oh so good. A think layer of gooey cheese blanketed perfectly cooked pasta, with a nice sauce. I would have liked to have seen a touch more ricotta. My side salad was super fresh, though it only had iceberg lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers, but that was fine - it was fresh and the balsamic vinaigrette was tasty. The garlic bread was a nice surprise. Usually you don't expect much from a side of garlic bread, but this was really good - garlic flavor and a nice amount of spices. The pizza we took home for dinner heated up very well. The crust was crisp and there was a decent amount of extra cheese. Very tasty. When we're in the area again, this will be a must stop. Who knew a little place with such a varied menu could do them all well?

The place is small but quaint, with dim lighting, a full bar, and a fun mix of music genres that keeps the vibe relaxed but lively. I ordered the Gregg Brady, and my sister had the Doctor Gozo, both made with 100% Wagyu beef. You can taste the quality immediately. I added mushrooms and grilled onions for a small extra fee, and had my BBQ chips that come on it, on the side. We shared the crinkle‑cut fries, which came with their incredible house sauce. The sauce was so good I asked if they sold it, they do not, but the waitress sent me home with some samples for free. Service was fast and friendly. The waitresses were dressed in black tank tops, black shorts, and black shoes, and every one of them worked with a smile, like they were glad you came. The restaurant entrance itself is handicap accessible, but the bathrooms are not, they're very clean but also very small and too tight for a wheelchair to fit inside. One of the coolest things about Jack Brown's is their Beer Club. If you drink 100 different beers, you become a "Notcher." If you drink 1,000, different beers you become a "Saint." On Saint's Day, Saints get all food and drinks free, unlimited, with no tab. It's a huge part of their culture and adds to the fun, and a loyal community. Overall, the food was phenomenal, the staff went above and beyond, and the atmosphere made the whole visit top notch. I will definitely be coming back the next time I roll through this part of town. How to Become a Notcher (repeat for the Saints) To achieve Notcher status, individuals must follow these steps: 1. Visit a Jack Brown's location: Start by walking into any Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint. 2. Request a Notcher list: Ask for the Notcher list to begin your journey. 3. Try 100 different beers: Sample 100 different beers to reach Notcher status. 4. Join the community: Once you hit 100, you become part of the Notch Club, which includes various events and celebrations. This program encourages beer lovers to explore different flavors and styles while fostering a sense of community.

Service was prompt and friendly, and for those so inclined, there's also a great selection of specialty beers. The atmosphere is fun and memorable -- the rock 'n' roll was loud enough to add energy but not so loud that we couldn't have a conversation. The decor is quirky and kitschy (think a skeleton on a bicycle and a chandelier made entirely of bras). The couple behind us also enjoyed their selections, with "The Elvis" being a standout. Even though it came highly recommended, I just can't bring myself to put peanut butter on my hamburger. That said, next time I'm in Roanoke, Jack Brown's will definitely be on my list for a return visit!
