On a recent trip to Fort Walton to visit my best friend I begged her to bring me back here. She first brought me here over the summer when I was visiting and I tried their seasonal (I think it was) berry cobbler/crumble ice cream, and their caramel bar. I have been dreaming about their caramel bar ever since. This trip I of course got the caramel bar, which I'd like to say the portion is huge. It lasted me too evenings lol they also still had their seasonal "oh xmas tree" left. This particular ice cream tastes like a little Debbie Christmas tree cake. It was exceptional! They have so many pints of different ice creams already available but if you want to try something they don't have made in a pint they will make it in a comparable size cup for you to go. They also make coffee here which I have not tried yet, but plan to in the future. Both times I have gone the staff has been so friendly and kind and very helpful by helping me decide what to get because they have so many delicious options. While at another restaurant that was close by, we saw Pink Coyote and decided to stop by. The restaurant was very clean, bright and inviting. They have a fairly decent sized menu, so I would suggest looking before you go or simply taking your time while there. I was somewhat rushed by my friend and so I ended up ordering a cookie sundae. I was glad when they said you could order whatever cookie and ice cream you wanted which for me was too many options lol when being rushed and so I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry ice cream with a white chocolate macadamia cookie. Now although the dessert was sweet and tasty, the flavors of the ice cream and cookie simply didn't go well together which was my fault lol. This is a cute spot, very instagram-able. The ice cream is good. The reason for the 3 starts is because to me it is very overpriced and a one time or special occasion visit. Other than the fancy decor and "artisanal" ice cream flavors it really is like any other ice cream shop. Parking is a mad house and it is always packed and for me I don't think it's worth the wait. The service is fast which is nice once you're able to order and the staff is very friendly. I saw this place mentioned on TikTok and since we ate dinner nearby we had to check it out. It is off on a side street but very popular. They have inside and outside seating. Super busy with a line out the door on the weekends. Probably because it's one of the only ice cream shops open fairly late. The ice cream is good. They also sell other stuff like cookies. Ambiance is noisy and not a lot of space if you wanted to sit down and eat there. A week night is probably a better time to go than a weekend. My husband found this place at the last second after a mini golf outing. My opinion is that they will become so popular that they will need to relocate, as the parking lot had one spot left when we arrived! Their desserts were all fantastic. We had the summer berry in a waffle cone and the stroopwaffle-like ice cream as well. The cones do leak though....and I don't mean just dripping from the bottom. They leak from the sides as well. This makes me think they could make the product thicker! We also got 2 chocolate chip cookies and the baby coconut cake to go. The coconut cake was absolutely delicious! I bought a shirt from them as well because it was a unique design. The only qualm was the attitude of several of the employees. I enjoyed the Grasshopper chocolate ice cream. It tasted like a minty Girl Scout cookie with yummy nuts in it. They also have some nice novelty items like soaps and lotions. Hands down the BEST coffee I have ever had! Where to even begin! First, we came here for dessert actually, after a yelp search. They have some assortment of baked goods that were house made and fantastic! I got the massive brownie with a homemade vanilla ice cream that was perfection! My husband had the same ice cream and he really enjoyed it! During our 4 days there, we went 3 times and we bought cookies brownies, a caramel cookie square and of course a hot vanilla latte AND ground coffee for the house, which Im enjoying a cup as I write this. Loved this hidden gem! I've driven through a million times and never saw this place until I stumbled across it in Yelp looking for dessert in the area. Super cute inside and they offer everything from coffees, to ice creams, to desserts and even alcohol! We had planned on ice cream which they have a rotating menu (through their ~80 flavors showcasing 12 at a time) and grabbed a couple cookies (classic chocolate chip which was amazing and the lemon white chocolate also great lemon flavor but a little heavy on the white chocolates for me but the cookie texture was perfection). No tasters for their ice creams but what they do offer is a 6 flavors tasting options! What a perfect way to sample! Found this place on TikTok, and we missed the turn to it multiple times, but don't let the small alley way deter you, once you get to the parking lot it is the perfect hole in the wall dessert spot! The desserts are amazing. The staff is super friendly. The inside is always clean and feels comfortable. There's additional seating outside. I would suggest this place to everyone. All of their ice cream flavors are on the board behind the register. There's a very large selection. Plus they have menus that show their other offerings. When you were looking for milkshakes, or pretty much anything that involves ice cream, just let them know what flavor ice cream you want and they'll make it. OMG...there's a new ice cream shop in my life. This place was absolutely spectacular 10/10 all around. I will say I don't love how you can't sample the flavors, but you know you're going to love whatever you order anyway, so it's a small gripe. The place is five stars, and the products are five stars. However, the service from most of the workers/staff is three stars at best. We have been there several times over the last few months, and the majority of the front staff (cashier and etc) are very young (high school to very young adults). The issue is; they do not understand or know about the products they are selling. Example: Asked was the root beer for the float caffeine free. Answer, it's in the refrigerator, so look for yourself. Another example: When you enter and come all the way up to counter, they don't say hello or even acknowledge you for that matter. What's needed. Train your young staff to understand customers, and offer solutions, not problems. Customer service is key to a business to get repeat customers. Would give zero stars if I could. A group of friends and I ordered 2 espresso martinis and ice cream. Our ID's were checked upon ordering. After getting the drinks, a worker named Bella wanted to check the ID of a friend who didn't order the drink, because he took a sip of one to taste it. He gave it to her willingly. We are all well over 21, but for some reason she threatened calling the cops on us and said our ID was fake. We were simply waiting on our ice cream cone and then going to sit outside. If Bella wants to be law enforcement she can apply, but for now she works at Pink Coyote. Don't sell us drinks in the first place if you think the ID is fake. We'd rather not deal with the drama. My boyfriend tried to try an espresso martini and he gave them his ID and they (bella) said they would call the cops because he did not "look" his age on his ID and they thought it was fake even though we are well over 21. They would not serve us any type of alcohol because they thought we were not old enough. Horrible service. Even though I got icecream and my boyfriend wanted a drink, service was horrible as soon as we walked in they had an attitude. Never again. Manager and police should have been called to I guess conform our age since underage girls are working and can not tell the difference between real and fake IDs. read more
