The contact didn't understand the proper sequence of invoice then pay then receipt issue. Refused to even invoice before payment initially. I promptly paid by Zelle after invoice but my phone still blew up with more request for payment status. I'd stay away unless you are good with the landscaping equivalent of "Mow blow and go".
