I am also a project manager for a construction company and have been in the industry for over 15 years. The condition of this job site is not only unacceptable but hazardous to the residents as well as the pets and vehicles of the residents. I've made multiple complaints about the condition of the job site to the workers onsite as well as emails and phone calls to their office. There are nails, staples, broken glass, trash, debris and materials LITERALLY EVERYWHERE. Everyday I have to clean nails and staples off my patio and from my back yard just so I can let my dog out. Yesterday I got a flat tire IN THE PARKING LOT. Now I'm trying to get them to pay for it and they are refusing to even call me back. I was told my HOA is liable. My HOA gave me their direct contact information because "they don't know what else to do, we keep forwarding resident complaints to them and they are doing nothing" While I feel they need to pay for a new tire I'm more concerned about keeping the site clean so none of the residents or their pets are harmed and no one else has to deal with a flat tire on a Tuesday night after working 12 hrs.

Due…read moreto price constraints of insurance only covering our interior repairs costs due to a roof leak, we had to stretch our budget and found a slightly better quote. However, I thought it necessary to give Matt at Evergreen a big shout-out for his estimate process on 9/11/18 for several highlighted reasons: 1) Aside from the roofer we went with, Matt was the only other one who investigated the leak from the inside. I had offered the same option to the first 2 companies who gave estimates, & even to the insurance company's roof inspector, but all declined. Plus, Matt asked about looking at the interior of the leak area before I even advised of the crawlspace option. 2) Matt only sold me on fixing just the leaky area and resulting rot, rather than re-flashing the whole roof line, which had been the go-to (and more expensive) fix thrown out by others. 3) Matt was generous enough to throw together a makeshift patch while he was there, since Hurricane Florence was approaching that weekend and we weren't going to be able to get the leak fixed ahead of the storm. 4) Above all, Matt was nice and respectful, and gave off a very trustworthy vibe just from a few minutes of interaction. A re-read of his other reviews showed many experiences similar to mine with above & beyond work, but without overselling or fixing unnecessary things. Are they going to clean up after themselves ? No worries with this company they were finished in one day, had two downpours no leaks !!! My main concern was the cleanup didn't need the horses stepping on any nails, and any nails in the pool, they went over the property with magnets I did find a few but I'm very happy with using them !

My experience with Alex was great. Him and I talked on Yelp before he came to look at the roof in…read moreperson. I asked him some questions about the work I was planning on doing for the house I just bought, and he was able to get me an initial quote really quickly. Attached to the quote was all of New Roof's social media, insurance, and license information which was really nice. The price I paid vs the price I was quoted was about 15% different, but I chose to have 700$ of custom apron flashing added and was warned of the cost associated with some repairs that needed to be done underneath the actual shingles before hand. Alex was very quick to get back to me and very respectful to my home (taking off his shoes, making sure my dogs could use the bathroom while the roof was being repaired, etc). We were well warned about what the process of getting the roof replaced would be: the noise, the debris from the roof, the time it could take, etc. The best part of the process was that they were actually able to fix a major moisture issue in the roof I was unaware of, and my house smells a lot better now :). The crew that came to work on the house were great - I didn't personally talk to anyone but it was clear they were working hard and they cleaned up the yard very well. I got pictures of my roof before, during, and after. I asked a bunch of questions along the way and Alex was very responsive and answered all of them. I got about half a dozen quotes for my roof before I made a decision - New Roof was on the lower side of the quotes I got, they did not charge me a steep fee which was great (2 other quotes I got included one and the fee wasn't cheap), and I really appreciated how quick Alex was to respond to my messages and that I never felt "sold" during this process. My roof wasn't easy, the house was built in 1979 and had a roof that was previously done poorly installed and I think they did a great job replacing it and fixing the issues that were a result of the previous work. I do not see, how this company can stay in business, when they do not do what they said. I went with another company, and it was done the week of 5-1-2024. Unprofessional behavior. His staff installed gutters…read morew/guards, downspouts, pvc fascia and replaced a lot of rotten Masonite with new Hardie board for a very reasonable price, (we were quoted more than double by other gutter companies for only gutters w/guards and downspouts for products that didn't hv great consumer reviews and all had dozens or thousands of BBB complaints.) I'm happy to highly recommend Jeyson & his team who worked diligently and got the job done and left our property clean. If I could leave 10 stars for them I would.
