I've never been so rudely ignored. I've been there several times and have always been politely greeted. Not today. The lady with the black long sleeved shirt, shiny green pants and her hair in a bun BLATANTLY ignored me. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged in any way. Not only was she aware I was there, she literally walked IN FRONT OF ME to help another person. Very cute shop tucked away in Villa Park! I really wanted to give it a 4-5 star review however their lack of customer service (dare I even say rude) was a huge factor in leaving without a purchase. Their prices were a little high, but what boutique isn't?? Not a huge selection, however what little they had is cute, trendy styles & quality pieces....hats were awesome and other accessories were on point but their staff is disappointing. I came into the store receiving a mediocre greeting ... with her head down never to acknowledge me again. I figured possibly the woman was having a bad day. I was moments away from purchasing an item when another customer entered the shop, which the employee/owner perked up and seemed VERY friendly. I instantly knew that I had been profiled as a non-customer looky loo (probably by the way I was dressed) ... jean shorts & tank top, Birkenstocks, no make up. Funny because it was definitely a Pretty Woman scenario and if the owner/employee would have seen how I arrived at her shop, would know that I certainly could have afforded anything there. Very disappointing. Glad they have survived the pandemic, but I expect won't last for the long hull with that mindset and lack of social skills. read more

I was in the other day to talk to the manager about an item I bought that was falling apart after one wear. I asked to speak to the manager, and they told me that she was not in. I asked when she was going to be in next and they said they didn't know. I have tried calling a few times to ask for her and she is never in. I think the store has been going downhill, their selection is very limited and they are pricing the exact same items that I see at department stores higher. I have no idea why anyone would shop here when there are so many cuter boutiques in the area that don't sell knock off bags. read more

I walked in there for the first time recently. When I walked in there was someone at the counter speaking with a blonde sales associate. The sales associate was talking about another person who worked there and was gossiping about her personal business. Once that customer left another customer walked over to the counter and the sales associate starts talking to her about the lady who had just left! The conversation was SO unprofessional! I could not believe what I was hearing. I left without buying anything. I have no interest giving my business to a place that would talk negative about their customers and associates to other customers! On top of that their clothes are very over priced for what they are. I've always thought that this store is really cute. I only shop here occasionally, but was a bit disappointed with the selection when I stopped in today. They usually have some nice designer jeans, but the usual Joe's Jeans and 1921's were no where to be found. I was also was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I wandered around the store for about 20 minutes and was never asked if I needed any help. The prices seem a bit steep, but not any pricier than most department stores. I think the buyer/owner is FAB for her choices and presentation! If I were to own a boutique pink laundry style and store layout would be my vision. The selection is always stylish contemporary and sportswear for oc women, without being over the top or too trendy; the pieces have longevity! The reason I am giving it 5 stars is because the sale rack! I have found deals- im mean 70-80% off deals- over and over again...tylie malibu bag for $100, $300 true religion jeans for $80, and Micheal stars tops for $20, Skye top $60, etc. etc. Hit the sale rack designer for less! Also to people who say its pricey...I'm not really sure where you get the latest name brand clothing for anything less than expensive? I LOVE Pink Laundry. Yes, the prices are a little outrageous, but when you have a store full of designer clothes, that is what you are going to get. Even if you aren't out to buy, it is still a fun store to browse. They have the cutest clothes and accessories, and you will always find something you want. I went yesterday and was able to buy 3 ADORABLE shirts for $180.00 (and for the price of some of their clothes, that is not bad). Go to Pink Laundry and you too will get addicted! It is hard to find little, boutique stores that will make you want to come back over and over again! read more

Beware! Their return policy is ridiculous. No receipt means no customer service. Even when it is not worm, tags on. Came in to buy more and wanted to return a bracelet with the tags still on and was given the run around and made to feel like I was doing something wrong. Clerk had to text the owner like a juvenile to get an answer instead of calling each other and discussing the situation like an adult and business owner. Have bought several hundred dollars there this past xmas season...but not next! Lost a customer for life. read more

So yes, the prices are a little steep, then again, they aren't any more expensive than Saks or Bloomies whom also carry these same brands. The brands they carry are all pretty high end and expensive (think Ella Moss, Joe's jeans, La Rok, True Religion, Nanette Lepore etc.) but I have to say it's a small shop packed with all super cute things. One of my favorite features is that they carry my favorite candle, Volcano by Capri Blue, this way I don't even have to go all the way to Anthropologie to get it! Anyway, I think that this shop is really cute and is a nice edition to the little Villa Park shopping center. read more

I had absolutely THE worst customer service I have had in a very long time. I went in to exchange a shirt I had gotten as a gift and was offered NO help, NO suggestions, NO nothing! The two young ladies that were working stood behind the counter the entire time and simply watched me wander around the store- mind you NO ONE else was in the store the entire time I was there and they weren't doing anything else. To pour salt on the wound I had my daughter in her baby carrier. Have some compassion for someone who is trying to shop and get in and out of the store. With no help or even an offer to assist I asked for store credit and threw it out promptly after leaving the store. Never again will I shop here.
