I found this company on Yelp and they coordinated a cleaning the next day for the day which was…read moreawesome. Unfortunately the tech had trouble finding us as the end of the day. He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $150 plus $20 tip, three attempts and a vacuum full of debris collected only from this room.

I should have first been clued into the quality of work I was getting when I was told the…read moretechnicians would be at my house between noon and 6 PM. That was true, they showed up at 5:55 PM. I'm sure that's what led to a rushed job and poor quality of service. The technicians sprayed some Chemical on the floor which got over all of my furniture (see attached pictures). After the job was done the carpet looked pretty good. As it dried the five main stained areas I wanted clean came back. The technician came back a few days later to re-clean the areas after the service department called me to follow up. Same result the spots came back after they dried. The service department again called me and said the technicians back to re-clean the spots. The spots now look better but are still visible and no one has called to follow up on service. I was told this is all they can do after the technician left. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the area who is looking to have their carpets cleaned. Plus I had to clean all of my furniture since they can't control their chemical spray. ******UPDATE****** I was contacted by someone from the corporate office that said they would look into my review and issue with the local Stanley Steamer office and that someone would get back with me. Well, like I said it has been 3 weeks no one has contacted me. I guess SS and their corporate yard stands by their unsatisfactory work. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the Eglin / Hurlburt Field area that is moving or just wanting their carpets cleaned. They do not stand by their work!

Floor Medic was able to get out 95% of the stains...and there were many, with just a couple being too stubborn as they have been there for a while. I made initial contact with Pro Clean on November 24, 2025, after a leak was discovered behind the…read moreshower walls in our master bathroom. The initial crew was outstanding--knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Timmy and William, in particular, were exceptional. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there. Customer service, communication, and overall follow-through quickly deteriorated. On December 31, Ryan and another representative came out to conduct estimates and measurements, assuring me the report would be submitted to insurance within a few days. By January 25, I had received no updates or documentation. After contacting USAA, I learned they had not received anything either. When I followed up with Pro Clean, I was told, "There is no good reason it wasn't submitted, it just was not done," but was assured it would be expedited. I also left a voicemail for the CEO expressing serious concerns about how business was being handled and never received a response. Eventually, USAA received the estimate, but it contained duplicated line items and pricing discrepancies compared to the original assessment. This caused further delays while the adjuster waited for clarification from Pro Clean. A partial payment was eventually issued for deposits and materials. On March 12, I made the remediation and 50% deposit payment. On March 24, I followed up with my project manager regarding discrepancies identified by USAA and was told the information had been forwarded to Ryan on the estimating team. As of today, April 14, 2026, I still have a gutted master shower, no meaningful communication from Pro Clean, and no response to additional voicemails left for the CEO. This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. As a military family, we have lived in multiple states and countries and worked with many companies. This has been, without question, the most frustrating and disappointing experience we have encountered. Zero stars. Avoid this company after initial water mediation.
